کهن‌ترین نقل‌ها از ترجمۀ منظوم وصیّت امام علی به امام حسین‌(علیهما السلام)

در بررسی یکی از دست‌نویس‌های کهن ترجمۀ کلیله و دمنه، مورّخ 594ق، استشهاد به کلامی از امام علی(ع) و ترجمۀ منظوم آن به فارسی دیده می‌شود که پس از بررسی منابع حدیثی و ادبی، روشن شد که از ترجمۀ منظومۀ وصیت امام علی(ع) به امام حسین(ع) سرودۀ سیّد حسن غزنوی اخذ شده است. یکی از فواید این یافته آن است که قدمت نقل و استناد به منظومۀ سیّد حسن غزنوی، چندین سال از آنچه تصور می‌شده، عقب‌تر برده می‌شود. همچنین در کتابی از اواخر سدۀ ششم یا اوایل سدۀ هفتم هجری موسوم به «مونس‌نامه» که در قلمرو اتابکان آذربایجان، توسّط ادیبی به‌نام ابوبکر بن خسرو الاستاد، پدید آمده، بخش اعظم همین منظومۀ سیّد حسن غزنوی درج شده است. این یافته نیز نشان می‌دهد که در زمانی بسیار نزدیک به زمان پدید آمدن منظومۀ سیّد حسن، در یکی از مناطق بسیار دور از قلمرو غزنویان دوم، این اثر او از شهرتی بسزا برخوردار بوده و ادبای بزرگ آذربایجان به ترویج و تکثیر آن می‌پرداخته‌اند.

The oldest accounts of the versified translation of Imam Ali’s Will to Imam Huseyn (peace be upon them)

In one of the old manuscripts of the translation of the Kalila va Dimnah dated 594 H./1198 A.D., there can be seen a quotation from Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and its versified Persian translation. An examination of hadith and literary sources clearly showed that this quotation is a rendition of Imam Ali’s will made to Imam Huseyn and versified by Sayyed Hasan of Ghazna. One of the benefits of this finding is that the commonly known date of the quotation and reference to it is moved back several years earlier. Furthermore, in a book from late 6th or early 7th century H., entitled Munes Namah, and prepared by a man of letters named Abu Bakr b. Khosrow AlOstād, in the domain of the Azerbaijan Atābaks, a substantial segment of Sayyed Hasan Ghaznavi’s poem is included. This additionally demonstrates that at a time very close to the days of Sayyed Hasan, his poem was widely known and that certain great literary men of Azerbaijan tried to promote and reproduce it.
