کاربرد روش تحقیق تاریخی در مطالعات مدیریت

Historical research method is one of the research strategies that has rarely used in management studies in regards to other research methods. increasing attention to postmodern issues and contextual research methods, make this methodology more important to take advantage than other times. this article introduces this research methodology and shows that how to take advantage of that method in management studies. then this method is used in strategic decision making with an islamic approach case. in this case six strategic decisions of three great islamic persons were analyzed. this article offers an eight steps integrated historical research method that can be used in proposing or testing islamic or local models.
