repertory grid technique is a new method for drawing personal constructs that its philosophical paradigm is interpretive. this technique derived from george kelly`s personal construction theory and its purpose is making constructs in regard to research topics by participants with minimizing possible interferences and biases of researcher. this paper ,we will present origin, basic assumptions, constitutive elements, methods of analysis, and some methodological characteristics of repertory grid technique and has displayed an experimental example for better understanding of implementation of this technique and has intended to attract management researchers to application of this combined technique in managerial investigations.
