بررسی صلاحیت مراقبت معنوی در پرستاران شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان: یک مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی

مقدمه: مراقبت معنوی یکی از اجزای اصلی پرستاری کل‌نگر است که می‌تواند به ارتقای سلامت بیماران کمک کند. لذا، مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی صلاحیت مراقبت معنوی پرستاران شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی است که  بر روی 120 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان که به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه بندی تصادفی سیستماتیک انتخاب شده بودند در سال 1403 انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، مقیاس  صلاحیت مراقبت معنوی  وان لیوون[1] و کاسولر (2004) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss22 و آمار توصیفی و آمار تحلیلی انجام شد.یافته‌ها:نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که میانگین نمره صلاحیت مراقبت معنوی پرستاران  15.57  ± 64.80  می‌باشد که نشان می‌دهد میزان  صلاحیت مراقبت معنوی پرستاران درحد متوسط است. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که پرستاران مشارکت‌کننده در مطالعه  از صلاحیت حرفه‌ای مناسبی در ارائه مراقبت معنوی برخوردار نیستند و تاکنون آموزشی نیز در این زمینه دریافت نکرده‌اند؛ لذا، تقویت پایه‌های اخلاقی و معنوی پرستاران، تدوین برنامه‌ها و محتوای آموزشی در زمینه مراقبت معنوی و کاربرد راهبردهای آموزشی مناسب از سوی مدیران پرستاری می‌تواند موجب بهبود ارائه مراقبت معنوی در پرستاران گردد.

investigating the competence of spiritual care in nurses working at zahedan university of medical sciences: a descriptive-analytical study

introduction: spiritual care is one of the main components of holistic nursing that can help improve patients' health. therefore، the present study aimed to investigate the spiritual care competence of nurses working at zahedan university of medical sciences.methods: the present study is a descriptive-analytical study conducted on 120 nurses working in hospitals affiliated with zahedan university of medical sciences، who were selected through systematic random stratified sampling method in 1403. the data collection tool was the spiritual care competency scale of van leeuwen and kasuller(2004). data analysis was performed using spss22 software and descriptive and analytical statistics.results: the results of the present study showed that the average score of nurses' spiritual care competence was 64.80 ± 15.57، which indicates that the level of nurses' spiritual care competence was average.conclusion: the findings of the present study showed that the nurses participating in the study do not have the appropriate professional qualifications in providing spiritual care and have not received training in this field. therefore، strengthening the moral and spiritual foundations of nurses، developing educational programs and content in the field of spiritual care، and applying appropriate educational strategies by nursing managers can improve the provision of spiritual care among nurses.
