بررسی وضعیت اضطراب کرونای افراد معتاد در کمپ های ترک اعتیاد شهر یاسوج

مقدمه: بیماری کرونا علاوه بر اثرات جسمانی دارای اثرات روان‌شناختی منفی نظیر نگرانی‌ها و دل‌مشغولی‌های مبهم برای تمامی مردم، اعم از کسانی که مبتلا شده و یا نشده اند، به همراه داشته است. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی این آثار روانی، تحت عنوان اضطراب کرونا، در بین افراد معتاد در کمپ‌های ترک اعتیاد شهر یاسوج پرداخته است.روش کار: روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش کمّی بوده و از تکنیک پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش افراد حاضر در کمپ‌های ترک اعتیاد شهر یاسوج است که بر اساس جدول لین و با خطای 5 درصد، تعداد 144 نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه، به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار آماری spss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند و از آزمون‌های آماری تی تست مستقل  و همبستگی پیرسون  به‌منظور آزمون فرضیات استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: به طور کلی میانگین اضطراب کرونا در بین افراد معتاد حاضر در کمپ‌های ترک اعتیاد شهر یاسوج بالا (میانگین: 30/25، انحراف معیار: 8/06) بود و متغیرهای تاثیر گروه، تراکم کمپ‌ها، تعداد سال‌های مصرف مواد، مدت‌زمان حضور در کمپ و وضعیت بهداشتی کمپ در میزان اضطراب کرونای این افراد تاثیر گذار بودند.نتیجه‌گیری: افراد معتاد به عنوان قشری از جامعه که نیازمند کمک هستند، خصوصا در شهر یاسوج که یکی از شهرهای محروم کشور است، باید بیشتر مورد توجه و حمایت اجتماعی قرار بگیرند و در این شرایط کرونایی به آنها کمک شود تا از میزان اضطرابشان درمورد بیماری کرونا کاسته شود و بتوانند روند ترک اعتیاد خود را با موفقیت پشت سر بگذارند و به زندگی عادی خود برگردند.

evaluation of coronary anxiety status of addicted people in addiction treatment camps in yasouj

introduction: apart from physical effects, coronary heart disease has had some negative psychological effects such as vague worries and anxieties for all people, whether they are infected or not. the present study investigated these psychological effects, called coronary anxiety, among addicts in addiction treatment camps in yasuj.methods: the method used in this study is quantitative and the survey technique and questionnaire tools have been used to collect data. the statistical population of this study is the people present in the addiction treatment camps in yasuj city. according to the lin table with an error of 5%, 144 of them were selected as a sample by simple random sampling and studied. the data were analyzed using spss statistical software, and independent t-test and pearson correlation were used to test the hypotheses.results: in general, the average anxiety of corona among addicts present in drug addiction camps in yasuj city was high (mean: 30.25, standard deviation: 8.06) and the effect variables of the group, density of camps, number of years of drug use, duration the time of being in the camp and the health condition of the camp had an effect on the level of corona anxiety of these people.conclusion: addicted people as a group of society who need help, especially in the city of yasuj, which is one of the deprived cities of the country, should be given more attention and social support, and in this covid-19 situation, help them to reduce their anxiety. in the case of coronary heart disease, they should be able to successfully go through the process of quitting their addiction and return to their normal lives.
