بررسی ویژگیهای سیستم اطلاعات تغذیه بیمارستانهای تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی

مقدمه: امروزه سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان (his) به بخشی ضروری از فرآیندهای تشخیصی درمانی متخصصان مراقبت بهداشتی تبدیل شده است. سیستم تصمیم‌یار تغذیه (ndss) به عنوان زیر سیستم his نقش مهمی در پشتیبانی از تصمیم‌گیری‌ها و سیاست‌گذاری غذایی دارد. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی بود. جامعه پژوهش مشتمل بر سیستم اطلاعات تغذیه نرم‌افزارهای his بیمارستان‌های تابعه دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی شهید ‌بهشتی در سال 1399 بود. این سیستم توسط شرکت تیراژه رایانه، رایاوران توسعه و تراشه هوشمند نوین، طراحی شده است. دا‌ده‌ها با استفاده از یک چک‌لیست محقق‌ساخته شامل 21 معیار‌ بین20 پزشک متخصص تغذیه و همچنین مراجعه حضوری به 19 بیمارستان‌ تابعه دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی شهید‌ بهشتی گردآوری شد. روایی چک‌لیست از طریق اعتبار محتوا و پایایی آن از طریق آزمون مجدد بر اساس نظر متخصصان تغذیه و اساتید مشخص شد و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss 19 انجام گرفت.یافته‌ها: از مجموع چک‌لیست‌های توزیع شده مشخص شد به طورکلی سیستم‌های اطلاعات تغذیه مورد بررسی از 80درصد معیارهای اصلی شامل قابلیت اتصال به پرونده الکترونیک پزشکی، قابلیت ارائه هشدار هنگام بروز تداخلات دارو- غذا و ارائه منوهای غذایی بر اساس شرایط درمانی بیمار برخوردار نبودند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت سیستم اطلاعات تغذیه، تجهیز بیمارستان‌ها به این سیستم به عنوان یکی از اصلی‌ترین راهکارهای موجود به‌منظور کاهش و پیشگیر‌ی مواجهه بیماران با مشکلات تغذیه‌ای و تداخلات دارو- غذا در راستای کاهش خطاهای پزشکی و بهبود کیفیت مراقبت های درمانی ضروری به نظر ‌می‌رسد.

a study on the features of nutrition information system of hospitals affiliated to shahid beheshti university of medical sciences

introduction: today, the hospital information system (his) has become an essential part of the diagnostic and therapeutic processes of health care professionals. the nutrition decision support system (ndss) as a subsystem of his plays an important role in supporting clinical decision making and food policies.methods: the current study was cross-sectional and descriptive. the research population includes the nutrition information system of the his pertaining to shahid beheshti university of medical sciences in 2021. the systems had been designed by tirajeh rayaneh company, rayavaran and tarasheh hushmand novin. the data was collected using a checklist including 21 criteria that distributed among 20 nutritionists through visiting 19 affiliated hospitals of shahid beheshti university of medical sciences. we used content validity and test-retest method for specifying validity and reliability of the checklist. also, data analysis performed through using spss 19 software.results: findings indicated that the designed nutrition information systems did not have 80% of the main criteria including the ability to connect to the electronic medical record; the ability to provide warnings when drug-food interactions occur; and to provide food menus based on the patient’s treatment conditions.conclusion: considering the importance of nutrition information system, it is necessary to equip our hospitals with this software system as a subsystem of his. the nutrition information system is a main solution to reduce and prevent patients’ exposure to nutritional problems and drug-food interactions. it causes to reduce medical errors and improve the quality of medical care.keywords: nutrition information system, nutrition decision support system, hospital information systemplease cite this article as follows:moghadasi h, rabiei r, hosseini a, soltani r. a study on the features of nutrition information system of hospitals affiliated to shahid beheshti university of medical sciences, hakim health sys res. 2021; 24 (2):152-159.*corresponding author: msc in health information technology, shahid beheshti university of medical sciences, tehran,iran  tel:+98-913508013r.sooltani971@gmaill.com.
