نقش تعدیل کنندگی تیپ شخصیتی در رابطه بین واکنش روانی و رفتار پیشگیرانه از کرونا

مقدمه: گسترش و شیوع کووید 19 منجر به قرنطینه شدن در خانه و بسته شدن بسیاری از مراکز تفریحی و آموزشی شد که سلامت روان مردم را به شکل منفی تحت تاثیر قرار داد و به دنبال آن واکنش‌های روانی مختلفی نیز بروز کرد که این واکنش‌ها رفتارهای پیشگیرانه را نیز تحت تاثیر قرار داد. هدف این پژوهش نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی تیپ شخصیتی در رابطه بین واکنش روانی و رفتار پیشگیرانه از کروناست. روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی، 200 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های مختلف سراسر کشور به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان به صورت آنلاین به زیر مقیاس‌های فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه 60 سوالی نئو و پرسشنامه واکنش روانی هانگ و فاداو رفتار پیشگیرانه محقق‌ساخته پاسخ دادند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از spss ورژن 25 و روش تحلیل رگرسیون خطی انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد با توجه به اینکه بین واکنش روانی و رفتار پیشگیرانه (0.443-= βو 001>p) رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد. با این وجود ویژگی‌های شخصیتی وظیفه‌شناسی(p = 0.001, β = 0.952), توافق‌پذیری (p <0.001, β = 0.037), روان‌رنجوری (0.039-=β , 001>p) و گشودگی به تجربه (p <0.001, β = 0.931 )، توانستند این رابطه را تعدیل کنند و باعث افزایش رفتار پیشگیرانه در افراد شوند اما ویژگی برون‌گرایی در رابطه بین واکنش روانی و رفتار پیشگیرانه هیچ نقشی ایفا نکرد. نتیجه‌گیری: نیاز است مداخلات آموزشی و درمانی در راستای کاهش مشکلات روان‌شناختی و تقویت ویژگی‌های روان‌شناختی مثبت به منظور مقابله با بیماری کرونا صورت گیرد. 

the moderating role of personality type in the relationship between psychological reaction and preventive behavior of covid 19

introduction:the spread of covid 19 led to quarantine at home and the closure of many recreational and educational centers, which negatively affected people’s mental health and led to various psychological reactions. it also affected preventive behaviors. the aim of this study was the moderating role of personality type in the relationship between psychological response and preventive behavior of the corona.methods: in this descriptive-correlational study, 200 students from different universities across the country were selected by convenience sampling method. participants responded online (whatsapp& telegram) to the subscales of the 60-item neo questionnaire, the hong & fada psychological response questionnaire (1996), and the researcher-made preventive behavior. data analysis was performed using spss version 25 and linear regression analysis. results: the results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between psychological response and preventive behavior ( p <0.001 , β = -0.443). however, personality traits of conscientiousness (p = 0.001, β = 0.952), resilience (p <0.001, β = 0.037), neuroticism (p <0.001, β = - 0.039) and openness to experience (p <0.001, β = 0.931) were able to moderate this relationship and cause increased preventive behavior in individuals, but the characteristic of extroversion did not play a role in the relationship between psychological reaction and preventive behavior.conclusion: there is a need for educational and therapeutic interventions to reduce psychological problems and strengthen positive psychological characteristics to combat covid 19 disease. keywords: personality trait, psychological reaction, preventive behavior, corona virusplease cite this article as follows:garshasbi s, emami razavi sh, saffarinia m,  alipour a, emadi koochak h. the moderating role of personality type in the relationship between psychological reaction and preventive behavior of covid 19. hakim health sys res. 2021; 24(2):142-151. *corresponding author: tehran- keshavarz boulvard-imam khomeini hospital- neuroscience institute – third floor tel & fax: 021- 66581560 email: sima_garshasbi@yahoo.com shemamirazavi@gmail.com tel & fax: 021- 66581560
