انتخاب تامین‌کننده دستگاه الکتروشوک با استفاده از روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره topsis، vikorوsaw در بیمارستان افضلی‌پور کرمان

مقدمه: مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران به دنبال روش هایی هستند که آنها را در اتخاذ بهترین تصمیم و انتخاب بهترین گزینه برای خرید تجهیزات پزشکی مانند الکتروشوک کمک کند. باتوجه به اینکه در شرایط عملی، تنها در نظر گرفتن یک معیار برای ارزیابی گزینه های تصمیم نمی تواند واقع بینانه باشد، روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره با ارزیابی گزینه های تصمیم بر اساس معیارهای متعدد و غالبا متعارض، از جمله روش هایی هستند که هر روز بر میزان و گستره استفاده از آنها در سازمان های مختلف از جمله بیمارستان ها افزوده می‌ شود. روش کار: در این مطالعه برای تصمیم گیری درمورد خرید دستگاه الکتروشوک از روش های saw,vikor و topsis استفاده شد. با جستجو در مقالات علمی و با استفاده از روش دلفی معیارهایی به عنوان معیارهای موثر و مهم در تصمیم گیری برای خرید دستگاه الکتروشوک شناسایی و در ماتریس تصمیم گیری وارد شدند. ورودی دیگر ماتریس تصمیم گیری 4 برند دستگاه الکتروشوک بودند که باتوجه به سایت imed و با مشورت مسئول تجهیزات پزشکی بیمارستان انتخاب شدند. ماتریس اولیه تصمیم گیری با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان تکمیل شد و به عنوان ورودی روش های topsis، saw و vikor در نرم افزار اکسل وارد شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج به ‌دست آمده از هر 3 مدل تصمیم‌ گیری vikor ، topsis و saw مشابهت داشته و یکدیگر را تایید کردند و نشان داد که بهترین برند برای خرید دستگاه الکتروشوک، برند b و نامناسب‌ترین گزینه برای خرید در بیمارستان، برند a است. نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از رویکردهای تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره در دنیای رقابتی و پرهزینه امروز امری اجتناب‌ ناپذیر و موثر ‌می‌باشد و استفاده از چندین روش تصمیم گیری با معیارهای مختلف و نیز تشابه نتایج به دست آمده، اعتبار نتایج را افزایش می دهد.

introduction: managers and policymakers are looking for ways to help them make the best decisions and buying the best medical equipment like an electroshock. given that considering only one criterion for evaluating decision options cannot be realistic, the application of multi-criteria decision-making methods, which employ several criteria (often conflicting) to evaluate decision options, is on the rise.methods: in this study, saw, vikor, and topsis methods were used to decide on the purchase of an electroshock device. using literature review and the delphi method, a series of effective and important criteria were identified for making decisions regarding purchasing an electroshock device and entered in the decision matrix. the other input was the decision matrix of 4 brands of ekg devices, which were selected according to the imed site and in consultation with the hospital medical equipment manager. the primary decision matrix was developed using expert opinions and was used as the input of topsis, saw, and vikor methods in excel software.results: the results obtained from all three decision models of vikor, tosis, and saw were similar and confirmed each other and showed that the best brand to buy an electroshock device is brand b. while the most inappropriate option was brand a.conclusion: the use of multi-criteria decision-making approaches in today’s competitive and costly world of management is inevitable and effective. besides, the use of several decision-making methods with different criteria, as well as the similarity of the results, increase the validity of the results.please cite this article as follows:ariafar sh, agoush l, kalavani kh, rahimisadegh r. selection of electroshock device supplier using topsis, vikor and saw multi-criteria decision making methods in afzalipour hospital, kerman. hakim health sys res. 2020; 23(2): 344-352.*corresponding author: kerman, beginning of haft bagh alavi road, health services management research center, institute for futures studies in health, kerman university of medical sciences, kerman, iran. contact phone: 03431325402; email: rhn. rahimi@gmail. com.
