علوم انسانی پزشکی؛ مطالعه‌ی چالش‌های آموزش میان‌رشته‌ای در علوم پزشکی در ایران

مقدمه: به‌همان نسبت که علوم انسانی توانسته پایگاه مناسبی در تبیین موضوعات سلامت باشد، پزشکی و موضوعات مرتبط با آن نیز محمل مهم توسعه‌ی علوم انسانی مدرن بوده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، کشف دلایل و چالش‌های توسعه‌ی علوم انسانی پزشکی در نظام سلامت در ایران است. روش کار: در مطالعه‌ی تحقیقیاکتشافی حاضر از روش زاویه‌بندی در جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. مشاهدات مشارکتی، گفتگوهای 12 جلسه توسعه‌ی علوم میان‌رشته‌ای در منطقه‌ی 5 آموزش پزشکی جنوب کشور، داده‌های تحقیق حاضر را تشکیل داد. براساس نظریه‌های بوردیو و فوکو، داده‌ها به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی هدایت‌شده مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که میدان آموزش پزشکی، تحت سلطه‌ی دانش و قدرت گفتمان زیست‌پزشکی قرار دارد. این گفتمان، مسلط، هژمونیک و غیریت‌ساز است و ارتباطی با دیگر میدان‌های دانش برقرار نمی‌کند. سلطه‌ی گفتمانی، میدان جدای دانش پزشکی، اخلاق مقاومت و پراکندگی گفتمانی، مقولات استخراج شده در تحقیق حاضر بود. باوجود سلطه‌ی گفتمان زیست‌پزشکی، گفتمان‌های حاشیه‌ای نیز نوعی مقاومت را دنبال می‌کردند و اخلاق مقاومت توانسته‌بود بخشی از اهداف خود را در کوتاه‌مدت تحقق بخشد.نتیجه‌گیری: شکل‌گیری علوم انسانی پزشکی در میدان آموزش پزشکی، به مقاومت و تداوم اخلاق مقاومت در سایر گفتمان‌های نوظهور بستگی دارد. توسعه‌ی علوم انسانی پزشکی یکی از نیازهای آموزش پزشکی در ایران است که پیش‌نهاد می‌شود در سطوح سیاستی و فکری دنبال شود.

The goal of this study was to explore the challenges facing medical humanities in Iran.Methods: This exploratory research aimed to assess the challenges facing the development of medical humanities in Iran. This qualitative research used a triangulation method for data collection. The participants rsquo; observations in one session for making disciplines in the Ministry of Health and 12 interdisciplinary science development discussions in the Southern Medical Education Region comprised the data of the present study. Based on Bourdieu and Foucault rsquo;s theories, data were analyzed using the directed qualitative content analysis method.Results: The study showed that the field of medical education is heavily dominated by the knowledge and power of biomedical discourse. This dominant, hegemonic, and nonhomogeneous discourse takes the bulk of the field so that it does not communicate with other fields of knowledge. Nevertheless, marginal discourses also pursue a kind of resilience ethos and this resistance ethics has managed to fulfill part of its goals in the short term. The formation of medical humanities in the field of medical education depends on the resilience continuity of resistance morality in academic discourses.Conclusion: The development of medical human medicine is one of the requirements of medical education in Iran, which is proposed to be pursued at the policy and intellectual levels.Keywords: Medical Education; Interdisciplinary Studies; Medical Humanities; IranPlease cite this article as follows:Kalateh Sadati, A, Bagheri Lankarani K.
