چکیده
|
امروزه نابرابری‌های سلامت به‌طور محرز و در فواصل جغرافیایی کوتاه، حتی در میان مناطق یک شهر در کشور‌های توسعه یافته و درحال توسعه ظهور پیدا کرده است. در پاسخ به این شرایط، مطالعه‌ی نقش ساختار‌ها و عوامل اقتصادیاجتماعی در بروز و توزیع پیامدهای سلامت، بیش از پیش مهم می‌نماید. شبکه دانش کمیسیون عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر سلامت سازمان جهانی بهداشت در یک چارچوب پنج سطحی به تبیین مکانیسم اثر عوامل اجتماعی بر ایجاد تفاوت‌ها و نابرابری‌ها در سلامت گروه‌های مختلف جمعیتی پرداخته است. هدف مقاله حاضر، بررسی شواهد نابرابری‌های سلامت در سطوح بین‌المللی و منطقه‌ای و تبیین دلایل آن است.

Life Expectancy Changes for Each Subway Station: Taking Social Determinants of Health Seriously More Than EverReza Esmaeili 1*1Assistance Professor, Department of Community Medicine, Social Determinants of Health Research Center, School of Medicine, Gonabad University of Medical Sciences, Gonabad, IranAbstract Nowadays, health inequalities are emerging at short geographic distances, even among the districts of a city in developed and developing countries. In response to these conditions, it is important to study the role of socioeconomic structures and factors in the incidence and distribution of health outcomes. In a fivelevel framework, the knowledge network of the Commission on Social Determinants of Health clarifies the mechanism of the effect of social determinants on the creation of differences and inequalities in the health of different population groups.
