برآورد شاخص مرگ مادر در ایران در فاصله ی سالهای 89 تا 93 با روش صیدبازصید (capturerecapture)

مقدمه: همبستگی شدید میان نرخ مرگ مادران در یک جامعه و شاخص های توسعه یافتگی باعث شده که شاخص مرگ مادر به عنوان یکی از نشانگرهای توسعه یافتگی در جامعه درنظرگرفته شود. یکی از مشکلات موجود در داده های حاصل از منابع ثبت داده های مرگ مادر، کم گزارش دهی یا به طور کلی کم شماری است که ناشی از نادر بودن رخداد در جامعه هدف و گوناگونی منابع اطلاعاتی برای اندازه گیری مرگ مادر می باشد.روش کار: در مطالعه حاضر، از روش تحلیل صیدبازصید سه منبعی استفاده شد. این روش می تواند مقدار کم گزارش دهی منابع مختلف جمع آوری داده ها را محاسبه کند. حجم نمونه مطالعه حاضر شامل همه موارد مرگ مادر بود که در فاصله ی سال های 1389 تا 1393 در نظام کشوری مراقبت مرگ مادر، سازمان ثبت احوال کشور یا نظام ثبت مرگ کشوری ثبت و گزارش شده است. مدل های لگاریتم خطی، روش رویکرد پوشش نمونه ای و استفاده از مقدار معیارهای اطلاعاتی akaike مدل های برآورد جمعیت به روش صیدباز صید می باشند که در مطالعه حاضر استفاده شد.یافته ها: میزان مرگ مادران از سال 89 تا 93 به ترتیب 19 / 29، 24/53 ،23/99 ،25/90 و 81 / 22 در یکصد هزار تولد زنده برآورد شد. همچنین، میزان پوشش سه منبع در فاصله سال های 89 تا 93 به ترتیب 73، 83، 82، 80 و 83 درصد تخمین زده شد.نتیجه گیری: در نهایت، نتایج مطالعه حاضر مشخص می کند که با استفاده از سه منبع و کاربرد روش صیدبازصید می توان در مقایسه با استفاده از هریک از منابع به تنهایی، تخمین یا برآورد بهتری از تعداد موارد مرگ مادری دست آورد.

One of the deficiencies in the MMR data registries is the underreporting due to the rare incidence of maternal mortality in the target population and the diversity of information resources.Methods: This study used a threesource capturerecapture method to estimate the MMR. This method can be used to calculate the underreporting of different data registries. The sample size included all maternal mortality cases registered between 2010 and 2014 in the National Maternal Survey System, National Organization for Civil Registration, and National Death Registration System. Population estimation models including loglinear models, sample coverage approach (SCA), and the Akaike’s information criterion (AIC) were employed by the capturerecapture method.Results: The MMR was estimated to be 22.15, 21.49, 19.55, 19.77, and 18.97 per 100000 live births from 2010 to 2014, respectively.
