رتبه‌بندی استان‌های ایران به لحاظ فراهمی خدمات درمانی

مقدمه: عدم توازن در پراکندگی نیروی انسانی در بخش بهداشت و درمان، قابلیت های متفاوتی را برای استان ها به همراه داشته و ازآن جاکه آگاهی از توانمندی استان ها یکی از بنیا ن های اطلاعاتی لازم جهت برنامه ریزی صحیح کشوری است، رتبه بندی استان ها ازنظر توسعه یافتگی دارای اهمیت است. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه ای توصیفیکاربردی از نوع مقطعی است که در سال 1394 به انجام رسیده و جامعه ی آماری آن را 30 استان تشکیل دادند. در پژوهش حاضر، سطح برخورداری استان ها از خدمات درمانی بررسی شده و پس از وزن دهی 11 شاخص با استفاده از روش آنتروپی شانون، استان ها با استفاده از روش های ماکسی مین، ویکور و واس پاس رتبه بندی شدند. سپس، رتبه بندی کلی با استفاده از روش میانگین رتبه، بوردا و کوپلند انجام شد و به کمک روش تاکسونومی عددی، میزان توسعه یافتگی استان ها موردبررسی قرارگرفت. اطلاعات استان ها و شاخص ها از سال نامه ی آماری کشور استخراج گردید و تمامی محاسبات با استفاده از نرم افزار متلب و اکسل انجام شد.یافته ها: طبق نتایج به دست آمده، تهران، خراسان رضوی و فارس به ترتیب سه رتبه ی برتر و قم، خراسان شمالی و ایلام سه رتبه آخر را به خود اختصاص دادند. نتیجه گیری: علاوه بر تفاوت استان ها در برخورداری از امکانات درمانی، تعداد استان های توسعه نیافته قابل توجه بوده، لازم است مسئولین در برنامه ریزی و تخصیص بودجه، استان های توسعه نیافته را در اولویت قرار دهند.

Since knowledge of provincial capability is one of the necessary information bases for the proper planning of the country; a ranking of the provinces is important in terms of development.Methods: This descriptiveapplied and crosssectional study was conducted in 2015. The statistical population consisted of 30 provinces in Iran. In this research, the level of enjoyment of health care services in the provinces was investigated, and after weighing 11 indicators using the Shannon entropy method, their ranking was performed using Maximin, Vikor, and Waspas techniques. Then, the overall ranking was performed using the mean rank, Borda, and Copeland methods. The taxonomy technique was employed to determine the degree of development of different provinces.Results: According to the results, Tehran, Khorasan Razavi and Fars ranked the first, second, and third, respectively.
