بررسی رضایتمندی بیماران از کاهش میزان پرداختی بیماران بستری طرح تحول نظام سلامت

مقدمه: اهمیت توجه به سطح رضایت بیماران از طرح تحول نظام سلامت، نقش موثری در برنامه ریزی های مدیریتی دارد.این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان رضایتمندی بیماران بستری در بیمارستان های دولتی شهر تهران از کاهش میزان پرداختی بیماران طرح تحول نظام سلامت می باشد.روش کار: این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی مقطعی در نیمه نخست سال 1394 انجام شد.جامعه پژوهش، بیماران بیمارستان دولتی شهر تهران می باشند. نمونه گیری به روش چند مرحله ای انجام شد (500 بیمار). ابزار گردآوری داده های پژوهش پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته است که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها توسط آزمون همبستگی، تحلیل عاملی و فریدمن با استفاده از نرم افزار spss ویرایش 22 انجام شد.یافته ها: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از آزمون تحلیل عاملی بسته خدماتی با 87.3% بیش ترین نقش و انجام به موقع خدمات پاراکلینیکی با 74.8% کم ترین نقش، همچنین بر اساس آزمون فریدمن میزان پرداختی بیماران (شهری) با نمره میانگین و انحراف معیار 10.97، 0.682 و دسترسی خدمات پاراکلینیکی با10.90، 0.763بیش ترین نقش را بر رضایتمندی بیماران از طرح تحول نظام سلامت (بسته فرانشیز) در بیمارستان های دولتی داشته است.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که کاهش میزان پرداختی بیماران بستری ایجاد نشاط، کاهش آلام ناشی از ناچیز بودن هزینه های درمان وگسترش عدالت در سلامت از پیامدهای مثبت برنامه به شمار می رود در نتیجه طرح تحول نظام سلامت نقش مهمی را در رضایتمندی بیماران بستری دارد و باعث کاهش دغدغه های بهداشتی درمانی مردم شده است.گل واژگان: طرح تحول نظام سلامت، فرانشیز، رضایتمندی بیماران، بیمارستان های دولتی ;

The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction rate of hospitalized patients in Tehran’s public hospitals as a reduction in the rate of payment for patients in the health system reform plan.Methods: This was a descriptive crosssectional study conducted in the first half of 1394. The research community is the patients of the Tehran State hospital. A multistage sampling (500 patients) was performed. The data gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Data analysis was done by SPSS software version 22 using correlation, factor analysis, and Friedman test.Results: Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that reducing the amount of hospitalized patients to make vitality, reducing illness due to the insignificant costs of treatment, and enhancing equity in health is a positive consequence of the program.
