ضرورت تشکیل حکومت اسلامی در عصر غیبت بر اساس آیات قرآن با تاکید بر دیدگاه‎های مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله)

متکلمان امامت را مانند نبوت لطف الهی و فلسفه وجودی امام را اکمال نفوس، صیانت از دین و هدایت مردم و... دانسته و آیات قرآن نیز بر آن لطف تعطیل‌ناپذیر الهی دلالت دارد. به طور قطع این لطف الهی با تشکیل جامعه توحیدی که از هر گونه کفر، نفاق و فسق پاک باشد، تنها با ظهور موعود الهی(عجل‌الله‌تعالی‌فرجه‌الشریف) شکل می‌گیرد. سوال این است که تشکیل حکومت اسلامی اختصاص به حضور امام معصوم دارد یا آن‌که امت اسلام در عصر غیبت نیز موظف به تشکیل آن است؟ مفاد آیات قرآن این است که تشکیل حکومت اسلامی برای اجرای احکام الهی و عدالت، تعطیل‌ناپذیر است و اختصاص به حضور امام معصوم ندارد. افزون بر آن، حکومت اسلامی در دوران غیبت در حرکتی تکاملی به تحقق وعده الهی و ظهور حضرت مهدی(عجل‌الله‌تعالی-فرجه‌الشریف) کمک می‌کند. این مقاله با روش تحلیلی قرآنی و با تاکید بر فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری ثابت کرده که حکومت اسلامی در عصر غیبت، افزون بر انطباق با لطف و فطرت الهی، جامعه را در مسیر کمال مطلوب و سعادت قرار داده و با حرکت تکاملی تدریجی، زمینه را برای ظهور منجی بشریت فراهم می‌کند.

The necessity of forming an Islamic Government in the Period of Major Occultation Based on the Qur’ānic Verses with Emphasis on Grand Leader Ayatullāh Khāmeneī’s Point of View

Muslim jurisprudents have taken Imamate as well as prophethood to be a divine grace and the philosophy of the existence of Imams as the ones who lead human beings to their utmost perfection, preserve religion and guide people to the right path. The Qur’Ánic verses bear evidence for the aforementioned unceasing divine grace. Without doubt, this divine grace operates with the formation of a monotheistic society cleansed of any atheism, hypocrisy and wickedness in which only Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his reappearance), the Promised one, reappears. The question arises whether or not the formation of an Islamic government in the Periods of Occultation is restricted to the presence of the Infallible Imam or that the Muslim community (Ummah) in the period of Major Occultation is bound to form it.The content of the Qur’Ánic verses indicates that forming an Islamic government for the fulfillment of divine precepts and administration of justice cannot be stopped and this is not dependent on the presence of Infallible Imams. What is more, an Islamic government, when formed in the period of Major Occultation, in its evolutionary movement, helps to fulfil the Divine Promise and the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his happy reapperance). Drawing upon analytic method based on the Holy Qur’Án, and with emphasis on the statements of the Supreme Leader, this article seeks to establish the fact that the establishment of Islamic government in the period of Occultation, in addition to be in correspondence with the divine nature and grace, helps to lead the Muslim community in the direction of ideal perfection and happiness, and paves the ground for the reappearance of the Saviour of humanity.
