الگویابی حکمرانی متعالی برای ارتقای اقتدار ملی در حکمرانی‌های اسلامی

پژوهش حاضر به دنبال الگویابی حکمرانی مطلوب به‌ عنوان سبک منتخب حکمرانی در حکومت‌های اسلامی، در پی کشف حکمرانی متعالی و کشف مولفه‌های آن به ‌منظور ارتقای اقتدار ملی در حکمرانی‌های اسلامی است. الگویابی و انتخاب یک روش کارآمد متناسب با فطرت انسان‌ها جهت تامین نیازهای ضروری زندگی مادی و معنوی آن‌ها با توجه به پیشرفت فناوری و ضرورت‌های موجود و هم‌چنین هدایت و سعادت آن‌ها در جهت سیر تکاملی بشر، امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. در همین راستا گزینش شیوه‌ای از حکمرانی با دارابودن مشروعیت الهی و مقبولیت مردمی به ‌صورت توامان، خواست‌ همه ملت‌هاست. در این تحقیق آمیخته به روش فراترکیب، به تحلیل کیفیِ محتوای مطالعات اولیه پرداخته و یافته‌ها و نتایج  مطالعات دیگر تحلیل و جمع‌بندی شده تا دانش موجود را ارتقا و دیدگاه جامع و گسترده‌ای را نسبت به این موضوع فراهم آورد. هم‌چنین با استخراج مولفه‌های حکمرانی متعالی، نقش و تاثیر آن‎ها بر مقبولیت، کارآمدی، رضایت‎مندی عمومی و ثبات سیاسی جامعه بررسی شده است. بر همین اساس، در صورت اجرای حکمرانی متعالی با مختصات مشخص و معین در هر کشور اسلامی، ارتقای اقتدار ملی آن، حکمرانی در دو مقیاس فراملی و فروملی پدیده‌ای قطعی در این فرایند خواهد بود.

Seeking Paradigm of Sublime Governance for Promoting National Authority in Various forms of Islamic Governance

The present research seeks to find certain paradigms or models of desired governance as a selected style of governance in Islamic governments. In fact, it seeks to recognize a sublime governance and its constituents for the promotion of national authority in different forms of Islamic governance. Finding paradigms of governance and choosing an efficient method in alignment with the nature of human beings which helps to meet the human beings’ essential material and spiritual needs seems to be inevitable when technological advancements and current requirements as well as the question of human beings’ guidance and happiness in the direction of perfection and evolution are taken into consideration. In this connection, to choose from methods and styles of governance which is at once of divine legitimacy and popular acceptance is what all nations desire. In this research work, the researchers have made a qualitative analysis of the content of earlier studies, their findings and results. These have made contributions to the existing knowledge of the issue in question, and offered a more comprehensive view of it. Having deduced the constituents of a sublime governance, the researchers have studied their role and their effects on its acceptance, efficiency, and common consent and political stability of society. If the sort of sublime governance with definite specifications mentioned above is enforced in any Islamic country, the national authority of that governance both at international and intranational levels will be guaranteed.
