تقویت حکومت اسلامی بر اساس مولفه‌های قرآنی در اندیشه سیاسی آیه الله خامنه‌ای

جامعه انسانی به حکومت نیاز دارد. در متون اسلامی نیز بر ضرورت تشکیل حکومت اسلامی تاکید شده است. با بررسی قرآن کریم می توان به راه کارهای تقویت حکومت اسلامی دست یافت. هدف از این مقاله استخراج مولفه‌های قرآنی تاثیرگذار بر تقویت حکومت اسلامی است. تحقیق نشان می دهد فرهنگ و مدیریت جهادی مولفه‌های قرآنی تاثیرگذار در تقویت حکومت اسلامی هستند که در بنیان های فکری مقام معظم رهبری نیز جایگاه ویژه‌ای دارند. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که: «در سپهر اندیشه مقام معظم رهبری، راه کارهای قرآنی تقویت حکومت اسلامی چیست؟». از بررسی آیات قرآن کریم و دیدگاه های مقام معظم رهبری در می یابیم برای تقویت حکومت اسلامی، باید به فرهنگ و مدیریت جهادی و مولفه‎های آن توجه شود. فرهنگ جهادی در مولفه های خدامحوری، ولایت پذیری و اخلاق‎مداری تبلور می یابد؛ چنان که مدیریت جهادی با مولفه‎های دشمن شناسی، تعاون، خدمت گزاری، خستگی ناپذیری و سرعت عمل تحقق می‎یابد. این پژوهش به لحاظ نوع تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی است.

Strengthening the Islamic Government Based on the Qur’anic Elements in the Political Thoughts of Ayatollah Khamenei

A human society is in need of a government. In Qur’anic texts, emphasis has been made on the formation of an Islamic government. One can have access to the strategies of strengthening the Islamic government by studying the Holy Qur’an. This article aims to identify the Qur’anic elements influencing on the strengthening of the Islamic government. The research shows that culture and jihÁdi management are the QurÞanic elements contributing to the strengthening of Islamic government. These elements are of particular stance in the intellectual foundations of the Grand Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei.     The basic question of this article is that “in the sphere of the Grand Ayatollah Khamenei’s thought, what are the Qur’anic strategies for strengthening the Islamic government?” The present research shows that through studying the verses of the Holy QurÞan and the Grand Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei’s views, one can find that in order to strengthen the Islamic government, attention has to be focused on the jihÁdi culture and management and their constituents. JihÁdi culture is crystalized in such constituent elements as theocentrism, the acceptance of authority, and moralism. On the other hand, JihÁdi management can be realized by means of enemy recognition, cooperation, service of others, indefatigability, and reflex (speed). In terms of methodology, the research is a descriptiveanalytic.
