الگوی رهبری معنوی هوشمند (الگوی رهبری آیه الله خامنه ای)

در این پژوهش، نگارنده بمنظور تبیین الگوی رهبری آیه‎الله خامنه‎ای در پاسخ پرسش چیستی این الگو با روشی توصیفی تحلیلی به ساماندهی پژوهش پرداخته است. با این توصیف، برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش کتابخانه‌ای و برای تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که سبک معظم له در رهبری، مبتنی بر نوعی هوشمندی معنوی است. بر اساس این تحقیق، الگوی مورد نظر، دارای مولفه های سخت‎افزاری (رهبری سخت) و نرم افزاری (رهبری نرم) است؛ مولفه های سخت در الگوی رهبری معنوی هوشمند، در برگیرنده مواردی همچون امور نظامی، اقتصاد و موقعیت جغرافیایی و ژئوپلتیکی است و مولفه های نرم در این الگو، مشتمل بر مواردی همچون معنویت و خداگرایی، دانش و فناوری، فرهنگ، سیاست، امنیت درون و برون مرزی است. یادآور می‎شود که اساس کاربست رهبری معظم له با توجه به رهبری نرم، با ابتنای بر مولفه معنویت بوده؛ مع الوصف رهبری سخت از الزامات رهبری معنوی هوشمند با توجه به پیچیدگی های تحول دنیای بین الملل تلقی می‎شود.

A Conscious Spiritual Rolemodel (Grand Leader Ayatollah Khamenei’s Rolemodel)

In order to explain Ayatollah Khamenei’s role model, the writer has conducted and organized the research to provide an answer to the question about the nature of this role model drawing on the descriptiveanalytic method. To collect data, the library research method has been used, and to make analysis of the data, content analysis method has been applied. The findings of the research show that Ayatollah Khamenei’s style of leadership is based on spiritual consciousness of a certain kind. On the basis of this research, the role model in question is of hardware constituents (hard leadership) and software constituents (soft leadership). The hard constituents of the conscious spiritual leadership in volves such things as military affairs, economy, and geographical and geopolitical conditions, and the soft constituents of this model include spirituality, theism, knowledge, technology, culture, politics, as well as interior and exterior security. It should be noted that Ayatollah Khamenei’s leadership in respect of soft leadership is based on the constituent of spirituality. None the less, hard leadership is considered as one of the implications of conscious spiritual leadership as far as the complications of the changes and developments at an international level are concerned.
