روزه مشاغل سخت از دیدگاه مذاهب فقهی اسلامی

این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده است، حکم روزه مشاغل سخت همچون نانوایی، آتش نشانی و ... را از نگاه مذاهب فقهی اسلامی بررسی می‌کند. از این پژوهش برمی‌آید که اختلاف مذاهب فقهی اسلامی درباره جواز افطار صاحبان مشاغل سخت، معلول عوامل چندی است، از جمله: 1 اختلاف در ضابطه مشقت و انطباق عنوان مشقت بر این مشاغل. 2 اختلاف در انطباق عنوان مریض بر مشاغل سخت و عدم آن. 3 اختلاف در اینکه کدام‌یک از روزه و شغل سخت مهم‌تر هستند؛ از همین روی فقهای اهل‌سنت روزه نگرفتن را به خاطر امر مهم‌تر جهاد جایز دانسته‌اند و برخی از فقهای اسلامی بر این باورند که در صورت امکان، صاحبان این مشاغل باید شغل یا ساعت کار خود را تغییر دهند، یا آنکه مسافرت کنند. 4 اختلاف در اینکه آیا علم به پیدایش مشقت برای جواز افطار روزه‌دار مشاغل سخت کافی است یا خیر؟

Fasting for People with Difficult Jobs from the Perspective of Islamic Jurisprudential Denominations

This research was conducted using descriptiveanalytic methodology and investigates fasting for people with difficult jobs like bakery, firefighting etc. from the perspective of jurisprudential denominations. It was found that the inconsistencies about fast breaking for difficult jobs are due to a number of factors as follows: 1. Discrepancies over the criterion for difficulty and compliance of the term “difficulty” in these jobs; 2. Inconsistency over the adaptation of the term “patient” for difficult jobs; 3. Disagreement on deciding which one is more important: fasting or difficult jobs? Accordingly, Sunni jurists believe that breaking the fast is permitted because of a more significant affair that is Jihad. Some other jurists suggest that such people change their jobs or working hours or go on a trip to break their fast; 4. Contradiction over the fact that if knowing about the difficulty is enough to break the fast or not?
