بررسی عوامل مرتبط با رضایت جنسی براساس مدل پرسید در زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت شهر تربت‌حیدریه در سال 1398

زمینه و هدف: عوامل متعددی بر ثبات خانواده اثرگذار هستند که از آن جمله می‌توان به رضایت زوجین از روابط جنسی اشاره کرد. اگر این رابطه قانع‌کننده نباشد درنهایت به ازهم‌پاشیدگی خانواده منجر می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین عوامل مرتبط با رضایت جنسی براساس مدل پرسید در زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت شهر تربت‌حیدریه انجام شد.روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، 300 زن متاهل تحت پوشش مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت شهر تربت‌حیدریه در سال 1398 با روش نمونه‌گیری متوالی سهمیه‌ای انتخاب شدند. در این مطالعه از دو پرسش‌نامه 47سوالی رضایت زناشویی لیندا و کریزی و پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته که به بررسی عوامل مرتبط با رضایت جنسی می‌پردازد، استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری با کمک آزمون‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 20 انجام شد.یافته‌ها: بین نمره رضایت جنسی با آگاهی (0/18=r)، نگرش (0/25=r) و عوامل مستعدکننده (0/35=r) همبستگی معنی‌دار و مستقیم وجود داشت (001/p<0) که شدت این ارتباط در حد ضعیف بود. متغیر‌های نگرش و عوامل مستعدکننده درمجموع 20 درصد از واریانس متغیر رضایت جنسی را پیش‌بینی کردند (001/p<0).نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر رابطه معنی‌داری بین آگاهی، نگرش و عوامل مستعدکننده با رضایت جنسی نشان داد. با توجه به نقش پیش‌بینی‌کننده متغیرهای نگرش و عوامل مستعدکننده بر رضایت جنسی، استفاده از مداخلات مناسب در جهت جلوگیری از پاشیدگی بنیان خانواده با تاکید بر نگرش و عوامل مستعدکننده پیشنهاد می‌شود.

factors related to sexual satisfaction in women referred to comprehensive health services centers in torbat heydariyeh, razavi khorasan province, iran, using the precede model

background and objectives: several factors can affect the family stability one of which is the sexual satisfaction of couples. this study aims to determine the factors related to sexual satisfaction based on the predisposing, reinforcing, and enabling constructs in terms of educational diagnosis and evaluation (precede) model in women referred to comprehensive health service centers in torbat heydariyeh, razavi khorasan province, iran.methods: in this descriptive cross-sectional study, 300 married women covered by the comprehensive health service centers of torbat heydariyeh county in 2019 participated. the collection tool was the 47-item enrich marital satisfaction scale and a researcher-made questionnaire for finding the factors related to sexual satisfaction. the collected data were analyzed in spss software, version 20, using pearson’s correlation test and linear regression analysis.results: sexual satisfaction of women had a significant and weak correlation with knowledge (r=0.18), attitude (r=0.25) and predisposing factors (r=0.35) (p<0.001). attitude and predisposing factors could significantly predict 20% of the variance in sexual satisfaction (p<0.001).conclusion: knowledge and attitude towards sexual issues and the predisposing factors have a significant relationship with sexual satisfaction of women in torbat heydariyeh. considering the predictive role of attitude and predisposing factors, it is recommended to use appropriate interventions to prevent the family disintegration by emphasizing these factors.
