عوامل موثر تبیین روش‌های بهبود یادگیری از دیدگاه دانشجویان عرصه اتاق عمل: یک مطالعه کیفی

زمینه و هدف: اهمیت یادگیری کافی دانشجویان به‌عنوان نیروی آینده کادر اتاق عمل بسیار قابل‌توجه است. هدف این مطالعه تبیین روش‌های بهبود یادگیری از دیدگاه دانشجویان عرصه اتاق عمل است.روش بررسی: این مطالعه یک مطالعه کیفی از نوع تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل محتوای قراردادی است که در سال 1401روی 15 نفر از دانشجویان عرصه اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی همدان انجام شد. نمونه گیری به‌صورت هدفمند انجام شد و از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد و در‌نهایت تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها به‌صورت تحلیل محتوا کیفی انجام شد.یافته‌ها: با استفاده از تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها، 4 دسته اصلی به‌عنوان عوامل تاثیرگذار در بهبود یادگیری دانشجویان اتاق عمل استخراج شد: خصوصیات مربی بالینی (دانش علمی مربی، ویژگی‌های اخلاقی‌رفتاری مربی، ویژگی‌های مدیریتی مربی)، استفاده از روش‌های آموزشی مناسب (استفاده از روش‌های علمی و جدید، استفاده از روش‌های نوین آموزش، آموزش مهارت‌ها به‌صورت عملی و کسب تجربه)، حمایت عاطفی‌روانی از دانشجو (ایجاد فرصت یادگیری دانشجو، القای حس اعتماد به دانشجو، القای حس ارزش به دانشجو، برخورد مناسب و حرفه‌ای با دانشجو‌)، وجود امکانات و تجهیزات آموزشی‌بیمارستانی(توجه به امکانات بالینی وتوجه به اقلام مصرفی، توجه به امکانات رفاهی‌بیمارستانی).نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد خصوصیات مربی بالینی، استفاده از روش‌های آموزشی مناسب، حمایت عاطفی‌روانی از دانشجو، وجود امکانات و تجیزات آموزشی ‌بیمارستانی بر روی یادگیری دانشجویان موثر هستند.

the effective factors in improving the clinical learning of operating room students in iran: a qualitative study

background and objectives: proper clinical learning in operating room students is very important. this study aims to find the effective factors for improving the clinical learning of operating room students in iran.methods: this is a qualitative study using conventional content analysis method that was conducted in 2022. participants were 15 students in the operating room technology from hamadan university of medical sciences, who were selected purposefully. semi-structured interview was used to collect data. the data analysis was done using qualitative content analysis method.results: four main themes were extracted as effective factors in improving the clinical learning of operating room students: characteristics of the clinical instructor (scientific knowledge, ethical-behavioral characteristics, managerial skills), the use of appropriate training methods (using scientific and modern methods, using new teaching methods, teaching in a practical way and gaining experience), emotional/psychological support of students (creating learning opportunities for students, instilling a sense of confidence in students, instilling a sense of worth in students, appropriate and professional behavior with students), educational/hospital facilities and equipment (attention to clinical facilities and consumables, attention to hospital amenities).conclusion: the characteristics of the clinical instructor, the use of appropriate teaching methods, emotional-psychological support of student, and the existence of educational/hospital facilities and equipment are effective factors for improving the clinical learning of operating room students in iran.
