پیش‌بینی وضعیت سیستم ایمنی از‌طریق شیوه‌های مقابله با استرس و مکانیسم‌های دفاعی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان

زمینه و هدف: سرطان پستان به‌عنوان شایع‌ترین سرطان‌ها، علت مرگ‌ومیر میلیون‌ها نفر در سراسر جهان است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی وضعیت سیستم ایمنی براساس شیوه‌های مقابله با استرس و مکانیسم‌های دفاعی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد. روش بررسی: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل تمامی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان در شهر تهران و گیلان در سال 1398 بود. از بین آن‌ها، تعداد 250 با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از فهرست وارسی علائم هشداردهنده نقص سیستم ایمنی، پرسش‌نامه مکانیسم‌های دفاعی و پرسش‌نامه راهبردهای مقابله با استرس جمع‌آوری شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه هم‌زمان و نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 22 تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که مدل پیش‌بینی وضعیت سیستم ایمنی براساس شیوه مقابله هیجان‌مدار و همچنین مکانیسم دفاعی رشدیافته، مکانیسم دفاعی نوروتیک و مکانیسم دفاعی رشدنیافته معنادار است (05/p<0). مجموع این متغیرها قادر به تبیین 28 درصد واریانس وضعیت سیستم ایمنی بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طورکلی می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان، عملکرد سیستم ایمنی از طریق مکانیسم‌های دفاعی و راهبردهای مقابله با استرس قابل‌پیش‌بینی است.

predicting the immune system performance based on stress coping strategies and defense mechanisms in women with breast cancer

background and objectives:  breast cancer, as the most common cancer, is the cause of death in many women around the world. this study aims to predict the immune system performance based on stress coping methods and defense mechanisms in women with breast cancer.methods: the study population includs all women with breast cancer in tehran and guilan provinces of iran in 2019, from whom 250 were selected by a purposive sampling method. data were collected using the warning signs of immunodeficiency list, the defense style questionnaire, and the multidimensional coping inventory. the collected data were analyzed using pearson correlation test and multiple regression analysis in spss software, version 22.results: the results of regression analysis showed that the emotion-focused coping as well as mature, neurotic, and immature defense mechanisms could significantly predict the immune system performance (p<0.05). together, these variables were able to explain 28% of the variance in the immune performance. conclusion: in women with breast cancer, the immune system function can be predicted by their used defense mechanisms and stress coping strategies.
