چالش‌های پرستاری از راه دور در پیگیری بیماران کووید-‌19

زمینه و هدف: بیماری کووید-19 یکی از بحران‌های نظام سلامت است و به‌کارگیری تدابیری برای پیگیری، پرستاری از راه دور و توسعه مراقبت در منزل ضروری است. هدف مطالعه حاضر، تبیین چالش‌های پرستاری از راه دور در پیگیری بیماران کووید-19 بود.روش بررسی: در مطالعه کیفی حاضر، 15 بیمار مبتلا به کووید-19 ‌و 20 پرستار مشارکت‌کننده در پیگیری بیماران مشارکت داشتند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، 15 مصاحبه فردی با بیماران و 4 مصاحبه فردی و 2 مصاحبه گروهی با پرستاران انجام شد. مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته 30 تا 40 دقیقه طول کشید. برای تحلیل محتوای داده‌ها از روش گراندهام و لندمن استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها به استخراج 2 طبقه و 10 زیر‌طبقه منجر شد. طبقه «چالش‌های پرستاری از دیدگاه بیماران » شامل زیر‌طبقات «محدودیت‌های فنی، متغیر بودن پرستاران، مغایرت توصیه‌ها با شرایط بیمار، ناکارآمدی در شرایط پیچیده و تحمیل بار مراقبتی بر خانواده » و طبقه «چالش‌های پرستاری از دیدگاه پرستاران » شامل زیر‌طبقات «نامناسب در موارد پرخطر، پذیرش ضعیف از سوی بیماران، عدم اطمینان از اجرای مراقبت‌ها، محدودیت ارزیابی مستقیم و فقدان آمادگی پرستاران » بود.نتیجه‌گیری: فقدان آمادگی پرستاران و محدودیت‌های پرستاری از راه دور در‌زمینه ارزیابی بیمار و مراقبت‌ها، کنترل موارد پرخطر، پیچیده و مراقبت مداوم باید در مدیریت ارتقای سلامت و آموزش پرستاران توجه شود.

Challenges of Tele-Nursing in the Follow-Up of Covid-19 Patients

Background and Objectives: The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID19) has become one of the crises in the health system. It is necessary to take actions for followup, remote care and development of home care for these patients. This study aims to investigate the challenges of telenursing in the followup of patients with COVID19.Methods: In this qualitative study, 15 patients and 20 nurses participated. For collecting data, 15 individual interviews with patients, 4 individual interviews and 2 focus group interviews with nurses were conducted. The semistructured interviews lasted 3040 minutes. The Graneheim Lundman approach was used for content analysis.Results: Data analysis led to the extraction of two categories and ten subcategories. The category of ldquo;Telenursing challenges from the patients rsquo; perspectives rdquo; included the subcategories of technical limitations, variability of nurses, noncompliance with patients rsquo; conditions, inefficiency in complicated situations, and imposing a care burden on families. The category of ldquo;telenursing challenges from nurses rsquo; perspectives rdquo; included the subcategories of unsuitable in highrisk cases, poor acceptance by patients, uncertainty of care implementation, limitations in direct assessment, and nurses rsquo; lack of preparedness.Conclusion: The nurse rsquo;s lack of preparedness and the limitations of telenursing in patient assessment and care, control of highrisk and complicated cases, and continuous care should be considered in the management of health promotion and nursing education.
