بررسی عوامل اضطراب و استرس قبل از عمل جراحی از دیدگاه بیماران تحت جراحی ستون فقرات در اتاق عمل بیمارستان پیمانیه شهرستان جهرم 1400-1399

زمینه و هدف: جراحی همیشه یک تجربه بزرگ برای بیمار محسوب می‌شود، زیرا جراحی از هر نوعی که باشد به منزله تهدیدی برای بدن و زندگی محسوب می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی عوامل اضطراب قبل از عمل در بیماران کاندیدای جراحی ستون فقرات انجام شده است.روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر، یک مطالعه توصیفی است که در سال 1400-1399 در بیمارستان پیمانیه شهرستان جهرم روی 120 بیمار کاندیدای جراحی ستون فقرات انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه نظری و همکاران بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 22 و با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی نظیر فراوانی و درصد و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین میزان اضطراب مربوط به حیطه نگرانی‌های قبل از عمل (85.1 درصد)بود و در این حیطه، مولفه‌های ترس از عمل جراحی و اطلاع نداشتن از زمان جراحی (93.3 درصد)و در حیطه عوامل تنش‌زا در رابطه با کارکنان اتاق عمل برای مراقبت‌های قبل از عمل نیز مولفه‌های تنها ماندن بیمار تا زمان آغاز جراحی و مشاهده و برخورد افراد نا‌آشنا مانند پزشک بیهوشی و پرستار اتاق عمل، بیشترین اضطراب (88.3 درصد)را در بیماران ایجاد کردند.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، با شناسایی عوامل موثر بر اضطراب قبل از عمل و رفع آن‌ها می‌توان میزان اضطراب قبل از عمل را به حداقل رساند، بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود با به‌کارگیری روش‌های متنوع جهت آموزش بیماران در جهت رفع عوامل موثر بر اضطراب اقدام شود.

Evaluation of Anxiety and Stress Factors before Surgery From the Perspective of Patients Undergoing Spinal Surgery in the Operating Room of Peymaniyeh Hospital in Jahrom City 2021

Background and Objectives: Surgery is always a great experience for the patient because surgery of any kind is a threat to the integrity of the body and life. This study was to evaluate the factors of anxiety and stress before surgery in patients who are candidates for spine surgery.Methods: The present study is a descriptive study that was performed on 120 patients who were candidates for spine surgery in of Peymaniyeh Hospital in Jahrom City 2021. Data collection tools were theoretical questionnaire and colleagues. Data were analyzed using SPSS v.22 and descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage and Pearson correlation coefficient.Results: The results showed that the highest level of anxiety was related to the area of preoperative anxiety (85.1)and in this area, the components of fear of surgery and not knowing the time of surgery (93.3%)and in the area of stressors in relation to Operating room staff for preoperative care also included the components of the patient being left alone until the start of surgery and the observation and encounter of strangers such as anesthesiologists and operating room nurses, causing the most anxiety (88.3%)in patients.Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, by identifying the factors affecting preoperative anxiety and eliminating them, the amount of preoperative anxiety can be minimized. Therefore, it is suggested to use various methods to educate patients to eliminate the factors affecting anxiety.
