مقایسه دیدگاه ماماهای شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی و مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر تهران، درخصوص عوامل مدیریتی مرتبط با خطاهای مامایی

زمینه و هدف: خطاهای مامایی با مشکلات متعددی برای مادر و جنین همراه است که می‌تواند منجر به عواقب مرگباری شود. ازطرفی، تا علل به‌وجودآورنده این خطا‌ها شناسایی نگردد، نمی‌توان تصمیم مناسبی در راستای کاهش یا حذف آن گرفت؛ بنابراین شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با این خطاها، ارزش ویژه‌ای دارد. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی عوامل مدیریتی به‌وجودآورنده خطاهای مامایی و نقش هر عامل در بروز این خطاها، از دیدگاه ماماهای شاغل در شهر تهران صورت گرفت.روش بررسی: این مطالعه به‌صورت توصیفی بر روی 252 مامای شاغل در شهر تهران         (سال 1393) انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته‌ای بود که روایی صوری و محتوای آن با محاسبه شاخص‌های cvr و cvi تعیین گردید. پایایی ابزار با روش آزمون بازآزمون و محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه، 176نفر (69.8%) از ماماها و یا همکاران آن‌ها دارای سابقه رخداد خطاهای مامایی بودند. 209 نفر (82.9%) معتقد بودند فرد خاطی، خطای خود را گزارش می‌دهد و 176 نفر (69.8%) عنوان کردند فرم گزارش خطا تکمیل می‌شود. همچنین تاثیر کلی عامل مدیریتی در بروز خطاهای مامایی، تفاوت معنی‌داری از دیدگاه ماماهای شرکت‌کننده در پژوهش نشان نداد.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر، عوامل مدیریتی به‌عنوان علل مهم بروز خطاهای مامایی، نیازمند توجه بیشتر در جهت کاهش این نوع خطاها می‌باشد. 

Comparison of the Viewpoints of Midwives Working in Teaching Hospitals and Health Centers in Tehran City about Management Factors Associated with Midwifery Errors (Iran)

Background and Objectives: Midwifery errors are associated with several problems for mother and fetus, which can lead to deadly consequences. On the other hand, if the causes of these errors are not identified, it is not possible to make appropriate decision to reduce or eliminate them. Therefore, identifying the factors associated with these errors is of particular value. The aim of this study was to identify the management factors that cause midwifery errors and the role of each factor in the occurrence of midwifery errors from the viewpoints of midwives working in Tehran city. Methods: This descriptive study was performed on 252 midwives working in Tehran city (2014). The data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire, which its face and content validity, were determined by calculating CVR and CVI indices. The reliability of the tool was confirmed by a testretest method and calculation of Cronbach’s alpha. Results: In this study, 176 midwives (69.8%) or their colleagues had the history of committing midwifery errors; 209 subjects (82.9%) believed that wrongdoer person reports his/her error; and 176 subjects (69.8%) stated that error report form is filled out. Moreover, the overall effect of management factor on the occurrence of midwifery errors, showed no significant difference from the viewpoints of midwives participating in the research. Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, management factors as the major cause of occurrence of midwifery errors, require more attention in order to reduce midwifery errors.
