ارزیابی کمّی و کیفی تولیدات علمی نمایه‌شده جمهوری اسلامی ایران در اسکوپوس، حوزه پرستاری طی سال‌های 1395-1379

زمینه و هدف: تولیدات علمی از مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های سنجش توسعه کشورها محسوب شده که نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در پیشرفت جوامع علمی و اطلاعاتی دارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی تولیدات علمی حوزه پرستاری جمهوری اسلامی ایران، طی سال‌های 1395-1379 صورت گرفت.روش بررسی: این مطالعه کاربردی، به روش پیمایشی و با رویکرد علم‌سنجی انجام شد. در این پژوهش، تمامی مدارک علمی نمایه‌شده در حوزه پرستاری و در پایگاه اطلاعاتی اسکوپوس منتشرشده توسط پژوهشگران ایرانی، طی سال‌های 1395-1379 بررسی گردید. یافته‌ها: مقالات ایرانی حوزه پرستاری، از 7 مورد در سال 2000 به 457 مورد در سال 2016 افزایش یافته بود. دانشگاه تهران، اصلی‌ترین مرکز تولید‌ و ایالات متحده امریکا از مهم‌ترین شریک علمی پژوهشگران ایرانی در تهیه مدارک علمی بود. تولیدات علمی ایران در حوزه care planning جزء 10 کشور برتر دنیا بود و فریدون عزیزی با تولید 125 مدرک علمی، بیشترین سهم را در میان نویسندگان ایرانی داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: هرچند به لحاظ کمّی، مدارک علمی پژوهشگران ایرانی در مقایسه با سایر حوزه‌های موضوعی، در وضعیت مناسبی قرار ندارد و تعداد آنها نسبتاً پایین است، ولی بخش قابل‌توجهی از مقالات، از کیفیت بسیار بالایی برخوردارند و در مجلات با کیفیت به چاپ رسیده‌اند. سیاستگذاری، برنامه‌ریزی‌های مناسب و حمایت از مطالعات اعضای هیات علمی، پژوهشگران، دانشجویان و گروه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه‌ها می‌تواند در افزایش سطح کمّی و کیفی تحقیقات مثمره‌ثمر باشد. 

Quantitative and Qualitative Evaluation of Islamic Republic of Iran’s Scientific Productions Indexed in Scopus in the Field of Nursing during 2000-2016

Background and Objectives: Scientific productions are one of the most important indicators for countries’ development assessment, which play a decisive role in the development of scientific and information communities. The present study aimed to evaluate Islamic Republic of Iran’s scientific productions in the field of Nursing during 2000 to 2016. Methods: This applied study was performed using a survey method with a scientometric approach. In this research, all scientific documents indexed in the field of Nursing and published in Scopus database by Iranian researchers during 20002016, were investigated. Results: Iranian scientific articles in the field of Nursing had increased from 7 in 2000 to 457 in 2016. University of Tehran was the main publishing center and the United States was the main scientific partner of Iranian researchers in providing scientific evidence. Scientific productions of Iran in the field of “Care Planning” were among the top 10 countries in the world and Dr Fereydoon Azizi with 125 scientific documents, had the most contribution among the Iranian authors. Conclusion: Although scientific documents of Iranian researchers in the field of Nursing are not quantitatively appropriate and their number is relatively low, as compared to others subject areas, significant number of articles were of high quality and were published in the highquality scientific journals. Policy making, proper planning, and supporting the studies of faculty members, researches, students, and departments of universities, can be effective in the improvement of quantitative and qualitative levels of researches.
