طراحی و اعتبارسنجی ابزار سنجش اثربخشی آموزش در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی

زمینه و هدف : هدف نظام های آموزشی شامل رسالت ها،اهداف آرمانی، اهداف کلی و رفتاری است. ارزشیابی و قضاوت از ضروریات دوره آموزشی است و تعیین میزان اثربخشی دوره ها، امکان استفاده از بازخورد آنها را در ارتقای سطح آموزش ها مهیا میسازد.الگوهای متعدد ارزشیابی اثربخشی آموزشی، موفقیت، بهبود عملکرد و مطلوبیت برنامه های آموزشی را بررسی می کند.آموزش پزشکی و تربیت نیروی انسانی کارآمد همواره در توجه برنامه ریزان آموزشی بوده است .با توجه به اهمیت و جایگاه آموزش وضرورت اثر بخشی مستمر در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی، پرسشنامه حاضر طراحی گردید.روش بررسی: این مطالعه ترکیبی کیفی -کمی بوده و قسمت کیفی، از نوع تحلیل محتوی با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی ابزار با جامعه آماری اعضای هیئت علمی و به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس هدفمند کیفی و کمی طراحی و اجرا شد.در مرحله کیفی تعداد 30 نفر با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته فردی با مصاحبه دارای سوالاتی با پاسخ باز مورد سوال قرار گرفتند. مولفه های یافته شده بر اساس روش شناسی تحقیق در 4 حیطه(تدوین برنامه ریزی درسی دوره) ،( اجرای دوره آموزشی)و(نتیجه و عملکرد آموزشی)و(سایر عوامل همراه) قرار گرفتند.به منظور روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه طراحی شده در روایی صوری پرسشنامه بین 10 نفر از صاحب نظران توزیع و برای بررسی وضعیت پایایی ابزار پژوهش، در بین 490 از اعضای هیئت علمی توزیع و نتایج زیر حاصل شد.یافته ها:.نتایج مربوط به سنجش پایایی ابزار با روش آزمون آلفای کرونباخ همه آزمودنی‌ها در حیطه‌های چهارگانه نشان داد که در حیطه تدوین برنامه آموزشی 0.875 ، در حیطه اجرای برنامه آموزشی 0.885 در حیطه نتیجه و عملکرد برنامه آموزشی 0.890 و در حیطه سایر عوامل موثر 0.925 اعتبار ابزار را تائید نمود.همچنین با استفاده از آزمون ضریب توافق، پاسخ‌های اعضای هیات علمی و پزشکان و همه دست‌اندرکاران دانشگاه‌های پزشکی، به میزان بیش از 69 درصد توافق را نشان داد.نتیجه گیری : یافته های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد کلیه مولفه های موثر در اثر بخشی آموزش تاثیر گذار بوده و ابزار طراحی شده با روایی و پایایی مناسب و قابل اطمینان تائید گردید.

Designing and Validating an Instrument for Measuring the Effectiveness of Education in Medical Universities

Background and Objectives: The objectives of educational systems are missions, ideals, general goals, and behavior. Evaluation and judgment are essential for the training courses. Determining the effectiveness of the courses makes it possible to improve them. Numerous models evaluate training effectiveness, success, performance improvement, and desirability of training programs. Educational planners havealways considered medical education and training of an efficient workforce. Because of the importance of education and the need for its continuous effectiveness in medical universities, we designed a tool to measure the effectiveness of medical education.Methods: The study method is a mixed qualitativequantitative approach. The qualitative part of the content analysis was prepared to design and validate a tool with the statistical community of faculty members using qualitative and quantitative purposeful sampling. In the qualitative phase, 30 people were interviewed using semistructured interviews. The components found were classified based on research methodology in 4 areas of course curriculum development, training course implementation, educational outcome and performance, and other accompanying factors. Then an effective measurement tool with good validity and reliability was designed. Regarding the face validity of the questionnaire, it was distributed among ten experts. To assess the reliability of the research tool, a questionnaire was distributed among 490 faculty members.Results: The results of measuring the reliability of the instrument by the Cronbach alpha; values in the four domains were as follows: 0.875 in the area of curriculum development, 0.885 in the area of curriculum implementation, 0.890 in the curriculum outcome and performance, and 0.925 in other areas of the effective factors. These figures confirmed the validity of the tool. Also, using the agreement coefficienttest, the responses of faculty members and physicians and all stakeholders of medical universities showed more than 69% agreement.Conclusion: The studychr('39')s findings showed that all the found components impact the effectiveness of education, and our designed tool was confirmed with appropriate and reliable validity and reliability.
