شاخص های عملکردی بخش اورژانس بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه علو م پزشکی زنجان

زمینه و هدف : تحلیل شاخص های عملکردی بخش اهمیت بسزایی دارد. هدف این مطالعه، تعیین شاخص های عملکرد اورژانس در مراکز اورژانس بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان می باشد.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی پس از تایید کمیته اخلاق پژوهش دانشگاه و اخذ مجوز برای نمونه گیری در مراکز اورژانس بیمارستان های آیت الله موسوی و ولیعصر (عج) به انجام رسید. پژوهشگر داده های مربوط به شاخص های پنج گانه عملکرد مراکز اورژانس را با روش نمونه گیری زمانی مدل پواسن در یک هفته کامل از 1341 بیمار مراجعه کننده در نوبت های کاری مختلف جمع آوری کرد. ابزار مطالعه شامل پرسشنامه ای بود که شامل مشخصات جمعیت شناختی مراجعه کنندگان و داده های مربوط به 5 شاخص عملکرد اورژانس پیشنهادی وزارت متبوع بود. در نهایت داده های پژوهش با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی مناسب و نرم افزار spss ver. 22 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.نتایج: نتایج مطالعه بر روی 1341 بیمار مراجعه کننده به مراکز اورژانس نشان داد که بیماران تعیین تکلیف شده ظرف مدت 6 ساعت، 79.4 درصد، بیماران خارج شده از اورژانس طی 12 ساعت 93.3 درصد، ترک با مسئولیت شخصی 10.7 درصد، احیاء قلبی تنفسی ناموفق 75.26 درصد و میانگین زمان تریاژ 15.77 دقیقه بود. تحلیل بیشتر به تفکیک بیمارستان و نوع بخش اورژانس نیز انجام گردید.نتیجه گیری: شاخص های عملکرد اورژانس در مراکز آموزشی درمانی زنجان در مقایسه با سایر مطالعات انجام شده در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارد جز در موارد فاصله زمانی تریاژ تا اولین ویزیت پزشک که پیشنهاد می شود با انجام تمهیداتی در ارتباط با فضای فیزیکی و سهولت در روند پذیرش بیمار این مدت زمان را کاهش داده شود و برای پیشگیری از اقامت طولانی مدت بیماران در بخش اورژانس می توان به راهکارهایی نظیر جلوگیری از چند سرویسی شدن، هدفمند کردن تعداد مشاوره ها و محدود کردن آنها به مشاوره های ضروری و نهایتا پیگیری انجام هر چه سریعتر اقدامات درمانی توسط سرویس مربوطه اشاره نمود.

Emergency performance indices in emergency centers of teaching hospitals of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences

Background and Purpose: The importance of evaluating the performance indices of the emergency department as one of the most important hospital wards is obvious to everyone. Therefore, in the present study, we determined emergency performance indices in emergency centers of educational hospitals of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences.Methods: This is a crosssectional descriptive study. In this study, data related to performance indices of emergency center in educational hospitals of Gilan University of Medical Sciences were collected during one full week in Ayatollah Moosavi and Valiasr hospitals by simple random sampling of the Poisson model in a continuous and gradual manner and we recorded the data. In this study, in total, 1341 samples were evaluated in relation to the variable of indices. Finally, the data were analyzed using proper descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS Ver. 22. The instrument was a questionnaire which included the underlying profile (age, gender, marital status, insurance status, place of residence and degree of education) of the referrals to the emergency department and data of performance indices.
