بررسی نسخ و انواع داروهای تجویز‌شده توسط دندانپزشکان ‌عمومی شهر قم، سال 1398-1397

زمینه و هدف: تجویز دارو و رعایت اصول نسخه نویسی بر نتایج درمان تاثیرگذار است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی نسخ ازنظر اصول نسخه نویسی و داروهای تجویز شده توسط دندان پزشکان است.روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، مقطعی و گذشته نگر، 238 نسخه تجویز شده توسط دندان پزشکان عمومی در شهر قم طی نیم سال دوم سال تحصیلی 1397-98 در قالب نسخ بیمه تامین اجتماعی و خدمات درمانی، در کمیته تجویز و مصرف منطقی دارو (rud: rational usage of drugs) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم بررسی شد. سن و جنس بیماران، اقلام و اشکال دارویی تجویز شده، دسته دارویی، روش مصرف داروها و خطاهای نسخه نویسی بررسی شدند.یافته ها: در 97.5 درصد از نسخه ها داروی خوراکی، 34.5 درصد داروی تزریقی و 5 درصد داروی موضعی تجویز شده بود. در 97.6 درصد از نسخ آنتی بیوتیک، 85.7 درصد ضد درد، 8.4 درصد کورتیکواستروئید، 3.8 درصد دهان شویه و 2 درصد سایر داروها تجویز شده بود. در 40.3 درصد از نسخ داروی تجویزشده بدون دُز ، 4.2 درصد با دُز دارویی اشتباه، 39.5 درصد داروی بدون دستور مصرف، 14.3 درصد دستور مصرف نادرست، 16.4 درصد شکل دارویی اشتباه و 57.1 درصد نام دارویی ناقص مشاهده شد. همچنین 3.4 درصد از نسخه ها غلط املایی داشتند و 5.5 درصد ناخوانا بودند. در هیچ کدام از نسخ تداخلات دارویی و نداشتن مهر، امضا و تاریخ مشاهده نشد.نتیجه گیری: در مطالعه حاضر میزان خطاهای نسخه نویسی و تجویز آنتی بیوتیک ها و ضد دردها بیشتر از رقم توصیه شده توسط سازمان جهانی بهداشت بود.

Evaluation of Prescriptions and Types of Medication Prescribed by General Dental Practitioners in Qom, Iran, 20182019

Background and Objectives: The rational prescription of the drug and consideration of its principles affect the treatment outcome. Regarding this, the purpose of this study was to evaluate prescriptions to check if they follow the given principles and investigate the prescribed medications by dentists. Methods: This descriptiveanalytical, crosssectional, and retrospective study was conducted on 238 prescriptions administered by general dentists in Qom, Iran, during the second semester of 20182019 academic year in the form of social security and medical services insurance in the RUD Committee of Qom University of Medical Sciences, Qom. The data evaluated in this study included patient age and gender, prescribed medications and their forms, medication category, route of administration, and prescription errors. Results: Oral, injectable, and topical drugs were prescribed at the frequencies of 97.5%, 34.5%, and 5%, respectively. Furthermore, antibiotics, painkillers, corticosteroids, mouthwash, and other medications were prescribed in 97.6%, 85.7%, 8.4%, 3.8%, and 2% of the prescriptions, respectively. With regard to the prescription problems, 40.3%, 4.2%, 39.5%, 14.3%, 16.4%, and 57.1% of the prescriptions had no drug dose, wrong drug dose, no drug consumption order, wrong drug consumption order, wrong form of medication, and incomplete drug name, respectively. Furthermore, 3.4% of the prescriptions had misspellings, 5.5% of them were eligible. However, none of the prescriptions had problems related to drug interaction or the lack of seal, signature, and date. Conclusion: In the present study, the error rate of writing prescriptions and administration of antibiotics and analgesics was higher than the figure recommended by the World Health Organization.
