طراحی و روان‌سنجی پرسشنامه عوامل موثر بر ارتباط بین اساتید و دانشجویان از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم

زمینه و هدف: برقراری ارتباط موثر میان استاد و دانشجو یکی از شاخص های مهم تدریس اثربخش و یک محرک قوی در میزان یادگیری می باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و روان سنجی پرسشنامه عوامل موثر بر ارتباط بین اساتید و دانشجویان از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال 1394 انجام شده است.روش بررسی: در این مطالعه اکتشافی، پرسشنامه ارتباط بین اساتید و دانشجویان با فهرست اولیه ای از 46 سوال و مشارکت 20 دانشجو و 5 عضو هیات علمی دانشگاه تهیه شد. برای سنجش روایی پرسشنامه از روایی صوری و محتوایی و برای تعیین روایی سازه ایی از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تاییدی استفاده گردید. برای تعیین پایایی، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و ضریب همبستگی درون کلاسی محاسبه شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل عاملی (اکتشافی و تاییدی) و نرم افزار spss 19 و lisrel 8.8 استفاده گردید. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که 35 سوال دارای روایی محتوایی کمی قابل قبول (0.68 تا 0.97) بود. مقدار شاخص ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و ضریب همبستگی درون کلاسی به ترتیب برابر با 0.90 و 0.85 گزارش گردید. تحلیل عامل اکتشافی تعداد سئوالات را به22 سوال کاهش داد و آنها را در پنج عامل دسته بندی (توانایی های فردی، توانایی علمی، ارتباطی، اخلاق حرفه ایی و دینی و اعتقادی) و در مجموع 54 درصد از واریانس کل این متغیر ها را تبیین نمود.نتیجه گیری: یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که عوامل موثر بر ارتباط بین اساتید و دانشجویان دارای روایی و پایایی قابل قبول است و قابلیت به کارگیری در فعالیت های پژوهشی را دارد.

Designing and Validating of the Questionnaire of Factors Affecting Teacher Student Relationship from the Point of View of Students of Qom University of Medical Sciences

Background and Objectives: Effective relationship between teacher and student is one of the most important indicators of effective teaching and a strong stimulus for learning. The present research was conducted with the objective of designing validating the questionnaire of factors affecting teacher  student relationship from the viewpoint of students of Qom University of Medical Sciences in 2015. Methods: In this exploratory study, the questionnaire of the relationship between teachers and students, was designed with the initial list of 46 questions and the participation of 20 students and 5 faculty members. Questionnaire Validation was performed using face validity and content validity and determination of the construct validity, was carried out using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach alpha coefficient and intraclass correlation coefficient tests were used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. Data were analyzed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and using SPSS version 16 and Lisrel 8.80 soft wares. Results: The results showed that 35 questions of the TeacherStudent Relationship questionnaire had an acceptable content validity (0.68 to 0.97). Measures of the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and intraclass correlation coefficient, were reported to be 0.90 and 0.85, respectively. Exploratory factor analysis reduced the questions to 22 questions and categorized the items to five factors (individual ability, academic ability, communication, professional ethics, religion, and belief, and overall, explained a total of 54% of all variance of these variables. Conclusion: The findings of this research indicated that the factors affecting the relationship between teachers and students, have acceptable validity and reliability and can be used in research activities.
