عوامل موثر بر کیفیت عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت‌علمی: یک مطالعه کیفی

زمینه و هدف: کیفیت عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی، مفهومی چندبُعدی است که متاثر از عوامل گوناگون می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل موثر بر کیفیت عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی انجام شد.روش بررسی: این مطالعه کیفی از نوع توصیفی اکتشافی است که در آن داده ها طی سال های 13981397 به صورت مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند جمع آوری شد و تجزیه وتحلیل آن ها براساس تحلیل مضمون صورت گرفت .جامعه آماری را اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یاسوج تشکیل می دادند که از بین آن ها 18 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابتدا 2 سوال کلی درخصوص عملکرد آموزشی برای شروع مصاحبه مطرح گردید، سپس براساس پاسخ مشارکت کنندگان، روند مصاحبه هدایت شد. مصاحبه ها در اتاق کار مشارکت کنندگان انجام گرفت و هر مصاحبه به طور متوسط بین 1.5 تا 2 ساعت طول کشید. مصاحبه ها تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه داشت. یافته ها: در این مطالعه، ابتدا تعداد 34 مورد از مضامین پایه استخراج گردید، سپس طبق شباهت محتوایی ترکیبی و تلخیصی، به تعداد 10 مضمون سازمان دهنده تقلیل یافت. مضامین سازمان دهنده در پنج حیطه شامل: (مضامین فراگیر) عوامل انسانی، عوامل حرفه ای، عوامل ساختاری، فناوری، تکنولوژی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی قرار داده شدند و مدل کیفی این عوامل طراحی گردید.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد عوامل متعددی بر کیفیت عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی تاثیرگذارند که به منظور بهبود کیفیت آموزشی، لازم است موردتوجه سیاست گذاران حوزه آموزش قرار گیرد.

Factors Influencing the Quality of Educational Performance of Faculty Members: A Qualitative Study

Background and Objectives: Quality of educational performance of faculty members is a multidimensional concept, which is affected by various factors. The purpose of the present study was to determine the factors influencing the quality of educational performance of the faculty members. Methods: This research qualitative is a descriptive exploratory study, which its data were collected through indepth semistructured interviews and analyzed based on thematic analysis. The statistical population of the study consisted of faculty members of Yasuj University of Medical Sciences, among whom, 18 were selected using purposive sampling. Initially, two general questions were asked about the educational performance for beginning the interview and then, the interview process was guided based on the participants' responses. The Interviews were performed in the participants' workplaces and each interview lasted between 1.5 and 2 hours on average. Interviews continued until achieving theoretical saturation. Results: In this study, firstly, 34 basic themes were extracted and then reduced to 10 organizer themes based on the similarity of the composite and summary content. Organizing themes were divided into five domains, including (inclusive themes) of human factors, professional factors, structural factors, technology, cultural, and social factors, and the qualitative model of these factors was designed. Conclusion: The results of this study revealed that several factors affect the quality of educational performance of the faculty members, which needs to be taken into consideration by policy makers in order to improve the educational quality.
