شیوع فرسودگی تحصیلی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی تهران، سال 1394

زمینه و هدف: فرسودگی تحصیلی تحت عنوان احساس بی کفایتی و خستگی ذهنی که دانشجویان در مقابل استرس مزمن ناشی از فقدان منابع لازم جهت حمایت از خود نشان می دهند، تعریف می شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی و عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام شد.روش بررسی: در این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی، 223 دانشجوی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی تهران به روش سهمیه ای و نمونه گیری در دسترس، انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، تحصیلی و سیاهه فرسودگی تحصیلی برسو بود. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های تی مستقل، واریانس یک طرفه، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی به شیوه گام به گام آنالیز شدند.یافته ها: در این مطالعه، اکثریت دانشجویان (71.3%)، فرسودگی تحصیلی متوسطی را گزارش کردند. تاهل، سن، معدل، علاقه به رشته، اشتغال و ترم تحصیلی از عوامل مرتبط با فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان بود. با وارد شدن متغیرهای اصلی و زمینه ای به مدل رگرسیون خطی به روش گام به گام، علاقه دانشجو به رشته تحصیلی قبل از ورود به دانشگاه و نمره معدل، تبیین کننده فرسودگی تحصیلی شناخته شدند که این متغیرها توانستند 13% از تغییرات فرسودگی تحصیلی را پیش بینی کنند.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نقش بارز علاقه به رشته تحصیلی در بروز فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان پرستاری، شناسایی افراد علاقمند در هنگام جذب دانشجو و ارائه راهکارهایی که بتواند در معرفی و ارتقای جایگاه واقعی رشته پرستاری از نظر حرفه ای، معنوی و مادی موثر واقع شود در افزایش اقبال عمومی به این رشته بسیار حایز اهمیت خواهد بود.

Prevalence of Academic Burnout and Its Related Factors among Nursing Student in Tehran Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, 2015, (Iran)

Background and Objectives: Academic burnout is defined as a feeling of insufficiency and mental fatigue, which students show against chronic stress due to lack of resources to support themselves. This study aimed to determine the academic burnout and its related factors in nursing students of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this descriptive crosssectional study, 223 nursing students of Tehran Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences were selected by quota and convenience sampling and entered the study. Data collection tools included demographic characteristics and academic questionnaires and Breso Academic Burnout Inventory. Data were analyzed using independent ttest, oneway ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multivariate stepwise linear regression tests. Results: In this study, the majority of students (71.3%) reported moderate academic burnout. Marital status, age, GPA, interest in the academic discipline, employment status, and academic semester, were the factors related to the the students’ academic burnout. Entering the main and underlying variables into stepwise linear regression model indicated that interest in the academic discipline before entering the university and GPA, are predictor of the academic burnout, that these variables could predict 13% of the changes in academic burnout. Conclusion: Given the significant role of the interest in the field of education in the incidence of academic burnout among nursing students, identifying those who are interested at the time of students’ admission and providing solutions that can be effective in introducing and promoting the real status of the nursing profession in terms of professional, spiritual, and material, is of high importance in increasing the the public interest in this field of study.
