ارتباط بین ترس از زایمان و تیپ شخصیتی در زنان باردار

زمینه و هدف: ترس از زایمان طبیعی، یک مشکل شایع در زنان باردار است. ازجمله دلایل ترس از زایمان می توان به تیپ شخصیتی فرد اشاره کرد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین ترس از زایمان و تیپ شخصیتی در زنان باردار صورت گرفتروش بررسی: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی بر روی 355 مادران باردار در سه ماهه دوم و سوم در شهر قم (سال 1397) انجام شد. روش نمونه گیری به صورت طبقه بندی شده بود. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه ترس از زایمان و پرسشنامه تیپ شخصیتی جمع آوری شدند. داده ها به کمک آزمون های آماری تی مستقل، کای دو، واریانس و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه وتحلیل شدند.یافته ها: میانگین سنی مادران، 04/6&±26 سال با محدوده سنی 4115 سال بود. بین ترس از زایمان و تیپ شخصیتی، ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت؛ به طوری که میانگین نمره ترس از زایمان در افراد دارای تیپ شخصیتی نوع b بیشتر از نوع a بود.نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد در زنان باردار دارای تیپ شخصیتی b، ترس از زایمان بیشتری تجربه می شود که این ترس هم در نوع زایمان و هم روی جنین می تواند اثرات منفی برجای بگذارد؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می گردد با انجام تمرینات منظم، تن آرامی در طی حاملگی، درد و استرس هنگام زایمان را کاهش داد.

Relationship between Fear of Childbirth and Personality Type among Pregnant Women

Background and Objectives: One of the reasons for fear of childbirth is the personality type. Given that fear of childbirth affects the psychological features of the mother and Since the study of the role of personality type A and type B in the fear of childbirth in Qom has not been done so far, this study was conducted to investigate the relationship between fear of childbirth and personality type in pregnant women.Methods: This crosssectional descriptiveanalytic study was performed on 355 pregnant women in Qom in 2018 in the second and third trimesters. Sampling method was Classify in this study. fear of childbirth questionnaire and Friedman personality type questionnaire were used in this study. Data were analyzed by SPSS software V.20 using independent Ttest, chisquare, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient.Results: The mean age of mothers was 26&±6/04 years with age range of 3541 years. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between childbirth fear and personality type, so that the mean of fear of delivery in type B person was more than type A.Conclusion: The results of this study showed that in pregnant women with personality type B, fear of delivery is more. This fear can have negative effects both in the type of delivery and on the embryo. It is suggested that using Relaxing body regular exercises during the pregnancy reduce the pain and stress during labor.
