نیازسنجی آموزشی اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم

زمینه و هدف: ازآنجایی که یکی از روش های نیازسنجی آموزشی، خودارزیابی است؛ بنابراین تعیین آموزش های موردنیاز اساتید براساس شرح وظایف آن ها می تواند مفید باشد. در این مطالعه، نیازسنجی آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم بررسی گردید.روش بررسی: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی بر روی تمامی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال 1397 انجام شد. روش نمونه گیری به صورت سرشماری بود که 142 نفر مشارکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه های دموگرافیک و نیازسنجی آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی، در 6 حیطه توسط اعضا تکمیل گردید. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی مستقل و واریانس یک طرفه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: در این مطالعه، بیشترین نیاز در حیطه آموزش (نحوه پرورش خلاقیت در دانشجویان)، حیطه پژوهش (طراحی و اجرای پژوهش های ثانویه)، حیطه توسعه فردی (نحوه کار با نرم افزار spss)، حیطه فعالیت های اجرایی و مدیریتی (مدیریت انگیزه)، حیطه خدمات درمانی و ارتقای سلامت (قوانین و مقررات حرفه ای) و در حیطه فعالیت های تخصصی خارج از دانشگاه (روش های ارائه خدمات مشاوره ای فردی به جامعه)، به عنوان اولویت های اول اساتید گزارش شد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج، مرکز مطالعات و توسعه آموزش علوم پزشکی دانشگاه، باید براساس نیازهای آموزشی شناسایی شده طبق اولویت بندی، در جهت برگزاری کارگاه های آموزشی و دوره های آموزشی متناسب با نیاز اعضای هیئت علمی اقدام کند.

Educational Needs Assessment of Faculty Members of Qom University of Medical Sciences, (Iran)

Background and Objectives: Since one of the methods of educational needs assessment is selfassessment, thus, it can be useful to determine the training required by professors based on their job descriptions. The purpose of this study was educational needs assessment of the faculty members of Qom university of medical sciences. Methods: This analytical descriptive crosssectional study was carried on all faculty members of Qom university of medical sciences. Sampling method was census and 142 participants were included in the study. Data collection tools included demographic questionnaire and faculty members' educational needs assessment questionnaire with 6 domains that was completed by the faculty members. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, Independent ttest, and one way ANOVA. Results: In this study, the most needs in the field of education (how to develop creativity in the students, in the field of research (design and implementation of secondary research), in the field of individual development (how to work with SPSS software), in the field of executive and management activities (motivation management), in the field of therapeutic services and health promotion; (professional rules and regulations), and in the field of specialized activities outside the university (methods of providing individual counseling services to the community), were reported as the top priorities of the professors. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it is recommended that the Education Development Center of the university should take action according to the identified educational needs based on the priorities in order to organize workshops and training courses tailored to the needs of faculty members.
