بررسی مکانیسم و کاربردهای انواع ماساژ در طب رایج و سنتی

زمینه و هدف: ماساژ، یکی از روش های کهن درمانی است که در همه ملل موردتوجه و استفاده بوده است. در گذشته از ماساژ به منظور حفظ تندرستی و درمان بیماری استفاده می شده که تا زمان حاضر نیز تداوم دارد. این مطالعه مروری با هدف رسیدن به کاربردها و مکانیسم ماساژهای نوین و سنتی صورت گرفت.روش بررسی: جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی google scholar و pubmed برای یافتن مکانیسم و کاربردهای ماساژهای شایع انجام شد، جهت بررسی و جستجوی منابع طب ایرانی نیز از نرم افزار طب جامع نسخه یک استفاده گردید. یافته ها: در این مطالعه کتابخانه ای، 75 مقاله از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی به دست آمد، همچنین از مطالب 19 کتاب از کتب معتبر طب ایرانی استفاده و نکته برداری شد. ماساژ های سطحی، کلاسیک، بافت همبند و تخلیه لنفاوی (ماساژهای نوین)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و ماساژهای توئینا، آبهیانگ و دلک (ماساژ های سنتی)، با آن ها مقایسه و ارزیابی شد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد مکانیسم ماساژ های نوین در ماساژهای سنتی نیز وجود دارد، ولی ماساژهای سنتی دارای مکانیسم های خاصی مبتنی بر مکاتب طبی شان هستند. انواع مختلف ماساژ نیز کاربردهای خاص خود را دارند. دلک با داشتن قابلیت تطابق با شرایط سنین و مزاج های مختلف می تواند راهکار کاملی از درمان و پیشگیری بدون دارو باشد.

Evaluation of Mechanism and Applications of Different Types of Massage in Current Medicine and Traditional Medicine

Background and Objectives: Massage is one of the ancient therapeutic methods, which has been considered and used by all nations. In the past, massage has been used to maintain health and treat diseases, that has continued until the present time. This review study was performed with the purpose of achieving applications and mechanisms of current and traditional massages. Methods: Google Scholar and PubMed Databases, were searched to find out the mechanisms and applications of popular massages and software of Teb Jame (version 1), was used to investigate and search references of Iranian traditional medicine. Results: In this study, 75 articles were obtained from the databases and the contents of 19 books of authentic Iranian medicine books were used and notated. The current massages of tactile massage, classical massage, connective tissue massage, and manual lymphatic drainage therapy, were studied and traditional massages of Tuina, Abhyang, and Dalk, were evaluated and compared with them. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the mechanism of current massage exists in the traditional massage, but traditional massages have their own special mechanisms based on their medical philosophy. Different types of massages have their own special applications. Dalk can be a comprehensive approach for nondrug prevention and treatment due to its capability to adjust all ages and all temperaments.
