بررسی ارتباط بین رضایت از زندگی با تمایل به اعتیاد در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم

زمینه و هدف: عدم رضایت از زندگی و مصرف مواد مخدر در جوانان، مسئله ای نگران کننده است؛ چراکه هریک از این مشکلات با بسیاری از پیامدهای منفی همراه است. در این مطالعه به بررسی ارتباط بین رضایت از زندگی و تمایل به اعتیاد در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم پرداخته شد.روش بررسی: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی بر روی تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 250 نفر بود که در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 1395- 1394 به طور تصادفی منظم انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه های مشخصات جمعیت شناختی، رضایت از زندگی داینر و تمایل به اعتیاد پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون در سطح معنی داری، p<0.05 تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: میانگین تمایل به اعتیاد در دانشجویان، 19.25+32.03 و میانگین رضایت از زندگی دانشجویان، 6.19+23.7 بود. همچنین بین رضایت از زندگی با گرایش به اعتیاد در بین دانشجویان، ارتباط معنی داری در جهت معکوس وجود داشت.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد افزایش رضایت از زندگی با کاهش گرایش به اعتیاد در دانشجویان همراه است؛ بنابراین برنامه ریزی در جهت ارتقای رضایت از زندگی در دوران دانشجویی و کاهش گرایش به اعتیاد در این قشر از جامعه، از موارد ضروری است.

The Study of Relationship between Life Satisfaction and Tendency to Addiction in Students of Qom University of Medical Sciences, (Iran)

Background and Objectives: Dissatisfaction with life and use of drugs in adolescents is a worrying problem, since each of these problems is associated with many negative consequences. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between life satisfaction and tendency to addiction in the students of Qom University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This crosssectional descriptiveanalytical study, was performed on all students of Qom University of Medical Sciences. Statistical population consisted of 250 individuals who were selected with systematic random sampling in the second semester of academic year 20162017 and responded to demographic characteristics, Diener’s Satisfaction with Life, and Tendency to Addiction questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression at a significant level of p<0.05. Results: The mean of students' tendency to addiction was 32.03+19.25 and the mean of student's life satisfaction was 23.7+6.19. Also, there was a significant reverse relationship between life satisfaction and tendency to addiction among the students. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that increasing life satisfaction is associated with a decrease in tendency to addiction in the students. Therefore, planning is necessary to improve the satisfaction with life during the academic period and reduce the tendency to addiction in this group of society.
