دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری سال آخر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحد قم در مورد مشکلات آموزش بالینی

زمینه و هدف: آموزش، فرآیند پیچیده ای است که هرگونه ساده نگری در مورد آن می تواند منجر به هدر رفتن نیروها، امکانات و عدم دستیابی به اهداف گردد. این مسئله در آموزش پرستاری از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی مشکلات آموزش بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد قم صورت گرفت. روش بررسی: این مطالعه به روش مقطعی بر روی 75 دانشجوی سال آخر پرستاری انجام شد. نمونه گیری به صورت سرشماری بود. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفته بود، استفاده گردید. دانشجویان پاسخ های خود را در مورد چالش های گوناگون در شش حیطه شامل: اهداف و برنامه آموزشی، ارزشیابی بالینی، محیط آموزشی، مربی و ارتباط با دانشجو ارائه دادند. یافته ها: در این مطالعه، بیشترین مشکلات مربوط به اهمیت ندادن به نظر دانشجو در برنامه ریزی کارآموزی، مطلع نبودن دانشجو از نحوه ارزشیابی بالینی در شروع دوره، مناسب نبودن تعداد دانشجو در بخش، ایجاد استرس در دانشجو توسط مربی، کم بودن تعداد موارد بیمار و عدم قدرت تصمیم گیری دانشجو در برنامه ریزی مراقبت از بیمار عنوان شد. همچنین مهم ترین مشکل در تمام حیطه ها، بالا بودن تعداد دانشجو در بخش بود. نتیجه گیری: تحقق اهداف تربیت پرستاری، مستلزم برنامه ریزی مطلوب در هریک از عناصر و عوامل موثر (اهداف، محتوی، مربیان و ارزشیابی) در آموزش بالینی است؛ بنابراین بهبود مشکلات و موانع موجود با همکاری بین مربیان، کارکنان و مسئولین مربوطه امکان پذیر است.

The Viewpoint of Senior Nursing Students of Qom Branch of Islamic Azad University about Clinical Training Problems

Background and Objectives: Education is a complicated process, which any simplistic approach to it can lead to waste of forces and facilities and lack of access to educational goals. This issue is of great importance in nursing education. Thus, the present research was performed to investigate the problems of clinical education of nursing students in Islamic Azad University, Qom branch. Methods: This crosssectional study was performed on 75 nursing students in the final semester. The sampling was done using census method. Data collection was performed using a researchermade questionnaire that its validity and reliability had been confirmed. The students responded in terms of different challenges in 6 domains, including aims and educational program, clinical evaluation, educational environment, trainer, and communication with student. Results: In this study, most of the problems were related to not paying attention to the student rsquo; point of view in apprenticeship programming, students unawareness of manner of clinical evaluation at the beginning of the period, unsuitable number of student, causing stress in the student by trainer, low number of patients, and lack of student rsquo;s decision making power in the planning for patient care. The most important problem in all areas was the high number of students in the ward. Conclusion: Realization of the aims of nursing education goals requires optimal planning in each effective factors (aims, content, trainers, and evaluation) in clinical education. Therefore, improvement of existing problems and barriers is possible by cooperation between trainers, employees, and related authorities.
