ارزیابی جو آموزشی و عوامل مرتبط با آن از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم، سال 1397

زمینه و هدف: ارزشیابی فعالیت های یادگیری و یاددهی، از فعالیت های مورد تاکید و توجه در موسسات آموزشی است. یکی از ابزارهای تشخیصی در این زمینه، اندازه گیری محیط و فضای آموزش یا به عبارتی جو آموزشی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان درخصوص جو آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم صورت گرفت.روش بررسی: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی تحلیلی بر روی تمامی دانشجویان شاغل به تحصیل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال 1397 انجام شد. براساس روش نمونه گیری چندمرحله ای، ٣٠٦ دانشجو انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه استاندارد dreem بود. داده ها به کمک آزمون های تی مستقل و واریانس یک طرفه، آزمون تعقیبی دانکن و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در سطح معنی داری کمتر از 0/05 تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: میانگین نمره جو آموزشی از دیدگاه دانشجویان، 23/1 ±114/1 نمره بود. 0.7% نمونه ها وضعیت جو آموزشی را نامطلوب، 24.8% نیمه مطلوب، 69.3% مطلوب و 5.2% بسیار مطلوب ارزیابی کردند. براساس آزمون تی مستقل در حیطه های دیدگاه نسبت به یادگیری، دیدگاه نسبت به محیط آموزشی، دیدگاه نسبت به وضعیت اجتماعی خود، همچنین نمره کل جو آموزشی برحسب جنس، تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت (p<0/05). آزمون واریانس نشان داد در حیطه دیدگاه نسبت به ی0/007=p). بین معدل با جو آموزشی، همبستگی مستقیم معنی داری وجود داشت (0.022=p، 0.307=r).نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد جو آموزشی دانشگاه از نظر اکثریت دانشجویان مطلوب بوده و دانشجویان مذکر دیدگاه مثبت تری به جو آموزشی دانشگاه نسبت به دانشجویان مونث داشته اند. همچنین دانشجویان دارای معدل بالاتر، نسبت به جو آموزشی دیدگاه مطلوب تری دارند.

Evaluation of Educational Atmosphere and Its Related Factors from the Point of View of the Students of Qom University of Medical Sciences in 2018, (Iran)

Background and Objectives: Evaluation of learning and teaching activities is one of the activities that is given emphasis and attention in the educational institutions. One of the diagnostic tools in this context is assessment of educational environment and educational space or, in other words, educational atmosphere. The aim of this study was to investigate the students' viewpoint about the educational atmosphere of Qom University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This study was performed as a descriptiveanalytical study 0n all the students studying in Qom University of Medical Sciences in 2018. Based on multistage sampling, 306 students were selected. Data collection tool was included a demographic characteristics questionnaire and DREEM standard questionnaire. Data were analyzed by independent ttest, one way ANOVA, Duncan's posthoc test, and Pearson correlation coefficient at the significance level of p<0.05. Results: The mean score of the educational atmosphere from the students' viewpoint was 114.1 plusmn;23.3; 0.7% of the samples evaluated the educational atmosphere as undesirable, 24.8% semidesirable, 69.3% desirable, and 5.2% very desirable. Based on the independent ttest results, in terms of gender, there were significant differences between the students' point of view on learning, educational environment, and social status; Also, the total score of educational atmosphere showed a significant difference in terms of gender (p<0.05). The results of ANOVA test showed that in terms of the collage, there was a significant difference between the students' viewpoint about learning (p=0.007). There was a significant positive correlation between the students' GPA and the educational atmosphere (r=0.307, p=0.022). Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that educational atmosphere was desirable from the viewpoint of most of the students, and male students had more positive point of view on educational atmosphere of the university, compared to the female ones. In addition, students with higher GPA had more positive viewpoint about the educational atmosphere.
