ارزیابی درونی گروه پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال 1397

زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی درونی، فرآیندی پویا و مداوم است که به دلیل مشارکت تمام اعضای گروه، اثربخشی بالایی داشته و باعث ارتقای کمّی و کیفی نظام آموزشی گروه می شود. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی درونی گروه پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال 1397 بود.روش بررسی: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی مقطعی، جهت ارزیابی درونی گروه پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال 1397 انجام شد. دانشجویان، دانش آموختگان، اعضای هیئت علمی گروه پرستاری، مدیر گروه پرستاری، ریاست و معاونین آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشکده، با روش نمونه گیری سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه مورد تایید مرکز مطالعات دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم، دربازه زمانی 6 ماه اول سال 1397 استفاده شد. داده ها به کمک روش های آمار توصیفی تجزیه وتحلیل شدند.یافته ها: در این مطالعه، درصد امتیاز کسب شده گروه پرستاری در 9 عامل ارزیابی درونی به ترتیب در مدیریت و سازمان دهی 89.78%، رسالت و اهداف آموزشی 88.88%، هیئت علمی 84.7%، گروه آموزشی 79.6%، برنامه آموزشی 79.86%، حوزه سنجش و ارزیابی 72.5%، دانشجویان 69.34%، دانش آموختگان 68.76% و فضای فیزیکی 67.29% به دست آمد.نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج این مطالعه، بالاترین امتیاز مربوط به عامل مدیریت و سازمان دهی و کمترین امتیاز مربوط به دانش آموختگان و فضای فیزیکی بوده است.

Internal Evaluation of the Department of Nursing of the Qom University of Medical Sciences in 2018, (Iran)

Background and Objectives: Internal evaluation is a dynamic and continuous process, which has a high effectiveness and improves the quantity and quality of the group's education system due to the participation of all members of the group. The purpose of this study was internal evaluation of the Department of Nursing of Qom University of Medical Sciences in 2018. Methods: This descriptive crosssectional study was conducted in order to internal evaluation of the Department of Nursing of the school of Nursing and Midwifery of Qom University of Medical Sciences in 2018. Students, graduates, faculty members, and head of Department of Nursing, and dean and deputy of education and research of the faculty, were selected by census sampling method. A questionnaire approved by the Center for Studies of Qom University of Medical Sciences, was used during the first 6 months of the year 2018. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics methods. Results: In this study, the score percentage obtained by the Department of Nursing in 9 factors of internal evaluation was 89.78% for management and organization, 88.88% for mission and goals of education, 84.7% for faculty member, 79.6% for educational group, 79.86% for educational curriculum, 72.5% for assessment and evaluation, 69.34% for students, 68.76% for graduates, and 67.29% for physical space. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the highest score was related to the management and organization and the lowest score was for graduates and physical space.
