چکیده
|
Hepatitis c virus (hcv) has been recognizedas a major health problem worldwide. theestimated number of infected individuals is over 170million people worldwide (1). after hepatitis b, it is themost important cause of chronic hepatitis, cirrhosisand hepatocellular carcinoma. therefore, preventionof hcv infection is one of the most importantpublic health concerns, because the majority ofinfected people would experience chronic hepatitis(2, 3). hcv can be easily transmitted through bloodproducts transfusion and infected syringes. nosurprise, the infection rate is remarkably high amonginjecting drug abusers (idus) (4, 5).
