   experimental investigations on the viscosity of magnetic nanofluids under the influence of temperature, volume fractions of nanoparticles and external magnetic field

چکیده    This article investigates the effect of magnetic field on the viscosity of fe3o4-water magnetic nanofluidexperimentally. experiments were done in the volume fraction range 0 to 1 vol% and the temperature rangesfrom 25 to 45 °c. the results showed that the viscosity increased with increasing of nanoparticle volumefractions and decreased with temperature enhancement with or without of magnetic field. also, it is observedthat the viscosity of the magnetic nanofluid increases with enhancement of magnetic field strength. thus,magnetic field is a basic factor that influences the viscosity of the magnetic nanofluids and magneticnanofluid flow can be controlled by applying a magnetic field.
