چکیده    Algeria, as a royalty country (depending on economic rent), is facing many challenges nowadays to create real economic diversification through many reforms. the 1980s witnessed some of them, especially within the framework of privatizations of all kinds, the privatization of management is one of these contemporary types, which implemented at the al hama hotel where the brand name sofitel belonging to accor hospitality group was carried out through a business contract. in order to study the impact of accor on the performance of growth and learning, especially training, the researcher chose the sofitel hotel as a case study. he chose a random sample of 15% representing the individuals working in it. following the descriptive analytical approach and using the spss program. the most important results were that the global management of human resources in public hotel establishments in algeria positively affects the performance of growth and learning, especially in terms of training and recruitment.
