چکیده
|
This study aims to identify the e-government services quality provided by municipality of tipaza and the extent of customer satisfaction reported by detection of the dimensions and the criteria used for evaluation. the results of the study showed the dimensions used by customers to evaluate the e- government services that reflect their level of satisfaction, where they were drawn in the form of the strengths and weaknesses. the study provided a set of recommendations that would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided by municipality of tipaza and on improving the quality of e-government services provided to customer.
