ارزیابی مداخلات انجام شده در زمینه آموزش تربیت جنسی: یک مطالعه مروری

مقدمه و هدف: آموزش تربیت جنسی از ابعاد مهم برنامه آموزشی کودکان است و چالشی مهم برای والدین شناخته ‌شده است؛ بنابراین، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی مداخلات انجام‌شده برای آموزش تربیت جنسی در ایران انجام‌شده است.روش‌ کار: در این مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک، مقالات مرتبط داخلی با دو زبان انگلیسی و فارسی از پایگاه‌های اطلاعات اصلی scopus، pubmed، proques t، sciencedirect، central biomed، springer، google scholar و از پایگاه‌های فارسی شامل بانک اطلاعات مقالات علوم پزشکی ایران، پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های فارسی که عبارت‌اند از: تربیت جنسی، مداخله آموزشی، والدین، کودکان و کلیدواژه‌های انگلیسی شامل sex education، educational intervention، parents، children در بازه زمانی سال 2014 تا 2024 جستجو و بررسی شده‌اند.یافته‌ها: از 9401 مقاله یافته‌شده، 22 مقاله مداخله‌ای (تجربی، نیمه تجربی و کارآزمایی) انتخاب و بررسی شده‌اند. مداخلات انجام‌شده در مطالعه‌ها شامل جلسات آموزشی، آموزش غیرمجازی، بسته آموزشی، آموزش چندرسانه‌ای و استفاده از وسایل کمک‌آموزشی بوده است، متغیرهای اندازه‌گیری‌شده در مطالعات، دانش، نگرش و عملکرد درباره تربیت جنسی بوده و آموزش در همه متغیرها تاثیر مثبت داشته است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از مطالعه‌های بررسی‌شده نشان داد که سطح آگاهی و نگرش درباره تربیت جنسی در جامعه پایین است و با مداخله برنامه‌های آموزشی موثر می‌توان سطح آگاهی و نگرش والدین را افزایش داد.

evaluation of implemented interventions in sex education: a review study

introduction and purpose: sex education is one of the important aspects of children’s educational programs, which has been recognized as an important challenge for parents. this study aimed to evaluate the interventions implemented for sex education training in iran.methods: this systematic review employed relevant national articles in both english and persian retrieved from major information databases, such as scopus, proquest, pubmed, science direct, springer, biomed central, and google scholar, as well as persian databases, including the iranian medical science articles and the scientific information database of jihad daneshgahi. such persian and english keywords as “sex education”, “education”, “educational intervention”, “parents”, and “children”, were searched and investigated from 2014 to 2024. results: out of 9401 articles found, 22 interventional articles (experimental, quasi-experimental, and clinical trials) were selected and reviewed. the interventions in the studies included educational sessions, non-virtual education, educational packages, multimedia education, and the use of educational aids. the variables evaluated in the studies included awareness, attitude, and performance in sex education, and the results showed positive effect of education on all variables.conclusion: the results obtained from the reviewed studies indicated the low levels of community awareness and attitude toward sex education. accordingly, effective educational interventions can enhnace parents’ awareness and attitudes levels.
