مقایسه رضایت زناشویی، سلامت عمومی و تصویر بدنی بین مبتلایان سرطانی با تخلیه پستان، حفظ پستان و افراد عادی شهر تهران

مقدمه و هدف: علی رغم پیشرفت‌های قابل توجه علم پزشکی، سرطان پستان به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین بیماری‌ها و شایع‌ترین ‫سرطان زنان و دومین علت مرگ آن ها به شمار می‌رود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه سلامت عمومی، رضایت زناشویی و تصویر بدنی بین مبتلایان سرطانی با تخلیه پستان، حفظ پستان و زنان عادی شهر تهران صورت پذیرفته است.روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری آن، زنان دارای سرطان پستان و زنان عادی شهر تهران می‌باشند. از هر گروه (مبتلایان ‫سرطانی با تخلیه پستان، حفظ پستان و افراد عادی) در فاصله زمانی مهر 1391 لغایت آذر 1392، 80 نفر از طریق شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس و از بین مراجعان مراکز درمانی و بیمارستان های خاص شهر تهران انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسش نامه های سلامت ‫عمومی، تصویر بدنی و رضایت زناشویی بوده است. داده های به دست آمده نیز به وسیله آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی با نرم افزار spss 20 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ها:40 درصد افراد پژوهش، دارای سن 40 تا 45 سال، 37 درصد تحصیلات دیپلم و 58 درصد آنان خانه‌دار بودند. نتایج آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه نشان داده است که بین میانگین نمرات رضایت زناشویی، سلامت عمومی و تصویر بدنی در سه گروه زنان سرطانی که پستان خود را تخلیه کرده، زنانی که پستان خود را تخلیه نکرده و زنان عادی، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (01/0>p).نتیجه‌گیری: بنا بر یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، زنان دارای سرطان پستان در متغیرهای رضایت زناشویی، سلامت روان و تصویر بدنی، نسبت به گروه عادی در وضعیت متفاوت‌تری قرار دارند. لذا لازم است که در مراکز درمانی سرطان، دوره‌های درمانی روان شناختی نیز برای این افراد در نظر گرفته شود.

introduction and purpose: despite the outstanding breakthroughs in medical sciences, breast cancer is still regarded as one of the most important diseases, worldwide. this condition is also the most common cancer among women and the second leading cause of death. the present study was conducted to compare public health, marital satisfaction and body image among breast cancer patients with breast evacuation and breast conservation and normal women in tehran, iran. methods: in this descriptive, analytical study, the statistical population consisted of female patients with breast cancer and normal women in tehran, iran. for each group (normal subjects and breast cancer patients with breast evacuation and conservation), 80 individuals were selected via available sampling from medical centers and specialized hospitals in tehran, iran during october 2012-december 2013. the study tools included questionnaires on public health, body image and marital satisfaction. for data analysis, one-way anova and tukey’s test were performed, using spss version 20.results: overall, 40% of participants were within the age range of 40-45 years, 37% had high-school diplomas and 58% were housewives. the analysis of variance showed a significant difference between the mean scores of marital satisfaction, body image and public health among the groups (p<0.01).conclusion: based on the findings of the present study, women with breast cancer were significantly different from normal subjects in terms of marital satisfaction, mental health and body image. therefore, it is necessary to incorporate psychological treatment courses for these patients in cancer treatment centers.
