بررسی همبستگی ویژگی های جمعیت شناسی و نگرش ایمنی کارگران یک شرکت لبنی

مقدمه و هدف: وجود خطرات شغلی در محیط های کاری، آسیب های جدی ای به کارگران وارد می کند و مشکلات فراوانی را برای آنان به وجود می آورد. ارزیابی نگرش ایمنی کارگران و اجرای آموزش های ایمنی مدون می تواند سبب کاهش حوادث، کاهش اعمال ناایمن، کاهش خطاهای انسانی و اثربخشی در هزینه ها باشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی همبستگی ویژگی های جمعیت شناسی افراد و نگرش ایمنی به کار در کارگران یک شرکت لبنی است.روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی است که جامعه آن شامل 168 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در خط تولید یک شرکت لبنی بود. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسش نامه دوبخشی استفاده شد. سپس داده های جمع آوری شده با نرم افزار spss نسخه 21 تجزیه وتحلیل شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد بیشتر کارگران نگرش مثبت در زمینه ایمنی (6/7±80/18) به کار داشتند. میان تعداد حوادث شغلی که برای فرد رخ داده است و میزان نگرش ایمنی کارگران ارتباط معنادار وجود داشت (p=0/01). همچنین میان تعداد حوادث شغلی و سابقه کار کارگران (p=0/004) و تعداد حوادث شغلی و رضایت از مزایای شغلی (p=0/044) ارتباط معناداری دیده شد.نتیجه گیری: سنجش نگرش ایمنی و ابعاد آن می تواند برای شناسایی بخش هایی از آموزش استفاده شود که به توجه بیشتر و طراحی بهتر نیاز دارد. الویت دادن به ایمنی و بالا بردن نگرش ایمنی کارگران می تواند باعث کاهش حوادث شغلی در صنایع شود.

Correlation between Demographic Characteristics and Safety Attitude of Workers in a Dairy Company

Introduction and purpose: Occupational hazards in the workplace cause serious injuries to workers and create many problems for them. The assessment of workers' safety attitudes and implementation of codified safety training can reduce accidents, unsafe practices, human errors, and costs. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the correlation between the demographic characteristics of individuals and the safety attitude towards work in the workers of a dairy company.Methods: This descriptive study was conducted on all 168 employees working in a dairy company's production line. The data collection tool was a twopart questionnaire, and the obtained data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 21).Results: As evidenced by the obtained results, most workers had a positive attitude toward safety (6.7±80.18). There was a significant relationship between the number of occupational accidents and the level of workers' safety attitude (P=0.01). Moreover, the results pointed to the significant relationship between the number of occupational accidents and the work experience of workers (P=0.004) and the number of occupational accidents and job satisfaction (P=0.044).Conclusion: The assessment of safety attitudes and its dimensions can be of great help to identify those areas of training that require more attention and better design. Prioritizing safety and improving workers' safety attitudes can reduce occupational accidents in the industry.
