بررسی رابطه سرمایه فکری و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی با رفتار اخلاقی اعضای هیات علمی

مقدمه و هدف: سرمایه فکری عامل اصلی ایجاد ارزش در سازمان ها می باشد. مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی به معنای اقداماتی برای بهبود رفاه جامعه، فراتر از منافع سازمان و الزامات قانونی است. پژوهشگران رفتار اخلاقی در سازمان را عمل نمودن مطابق با ارزش های اخلاقی موجود در سازمان می دانند. در این ارتباط، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط سرمایه فکری و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی و رابطه آن با اخلاق حرفه ای اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده علوم پزشکی آبادان انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات توصیفی همبستگی می باشد. داده های مورد نیاز در این پژوهش به روش سرشماری از 78 نفر تهیه شدند. بدین منظور، اطلاعات توسط پژوهشگران و با استفاده از پرسشنامه های سرمایه فکری، مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی و رفتار اخلاقی جمع آوری گردیدند. در نهایت، داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار 18 spss و آزمون های ضریب همبستگی pearson و رگرسیون تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: بین سرمایه فکری و تمامی خرده مقیاس های آن با رفتار اخلاقی اعضای هیات علمی، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت (0/05>p). بر مبنای نتایج، تمامی مولفه های سرمایه فکری قادر به پیش بینی رفتار اخلاقی بودند. همچنین بین مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی و تمامی خرده مقیاس های آن با رفتار اخلاقی اعضای هیات علمی، رابطه مثبت و معناداری مشاهده گردید و تمامی مولفه های مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی قادر به پیش بینی رفتار اخلاقی بودند.نتیجه گیری: اعضای هیات علمی با سرمایه فکری و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی بالا، رفتار اخلاقی مناسب تری را در فعالیت های آموزشی و پژوهشی از خود نشان داده و متعاقباً منجر به ارتقای سطح دانشگاه و جامعه علمی کشور خواهند شد.

Investigation of Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Social Responsibility with Ethical Behavior of Faculty Members

Introduction and purpose: Intellectual capital is the key factor in value creation for organizations. Social responsibility means taking some measures for the improvement of the community welfare beyond the interests of the organization and legal requirements. To researchers, ethical behavior in the organization means acting in ways consistent with the ethical values of the organization. In this regard, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between intellectual capital and social responsibility and its relationship with the professional ethics of faculty members of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Abadan, Iran.Methods: This research was descriptivecorrelational. The required data were collected from 78 people using census method. To this end, information was collected by researchers using intellectual capital, social responsibility, and ethical behavior questionnaires. Finally, the data were analyzed using SPSS software, Pearson correlation coefficient, and regression tests.Results: There was a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital and all its subscales with the ethical behavior of the faculty members (P<0/05). According to the results, all components of intellectual capital were able to predict ethical behavior. Furthermore, a positive and significant relationship was found between social responsibility and all its subscales with the ethical behavior of faculty members and all components of social responsibility were able to predict ethical behavior.Conclusion: The faculty members with high intellectual capital and social responsibility will show more ethical behavior in educational and research activities. Therefore, they will improve the level of the university and the scientific community of the country.
