بررسی تاثیر آموزش بر نرخ اعمال ناایمن با استفاده از سیستم مدیریتی Hsems

مقدمه و هدف: یکی از راه کارهای موثر در مدیریت hse (health and safety executive)، اهمیت و تاثیر آموزش در ایمنی است. لذا، مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ایمنی بر کاهش نرخ اعمال ناایمن با استفاده از سیستم مدیریتی، به صورت موردی در صنعت پروفیل سازی اکباتان شد. روش کار: در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر که از نوع مطالعات توصیفی تحلیلی و مداخله ای می باشد، ابتدا برای تعیین نرخ رفتار ناایمن از نمونه برداری رفتار ایمنی (safety behavior sampling) استفاده شد. سپس با استفاده از چک لیست های تهیه شده و مشاهده تصادفی، نرخ اعمال ناایمن افراد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به منظور بهبود رفتار ایمن از سیستم مدیریتی hsems استفاده گردید و اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی و میزان اعمال ناایمن قبل و بعد از مداخله پس از گذشت دو سال با استفاده از آزمون آماری t زوجی و نرم افزارهای spss (نسخه 16) وexcel 2007 بررسی شد. یافته ها: میانگین نرخ رفتارهای ناایمن افراد قبل از مداخله معادل 34 درصد به دست آمد. بیشترین و کمترین میزان عمل ناایمن به ترتیب مربوط به پوسچر نامناسب ( 25/8 درصد) و دویدن در محیط کار (0/8 درصد) اختصاص داشت. نتایج آزمون t زوجی بیانگر تاثیر آموزش و در پی آن کاهش رفتارهای ناایمن به میزان 20 درصد بودند (037/=0p).نتیجه گیری: آموزش رکن اساسی سیستم مدیریتی بوده و منجر به بهبود رفتارهای ناایمن می گردد؛ بنابراین ارائه آموزش مستمر و کارآمد در سیستم مدیریت ایمنی موجب کاهش حوادث و بهبود وضعیت ایمنی خواهد شد.

Investigating the Impact of training on Unsafe Behaviors Rates Using HSEMS Management System

Introduction and purpose: One of the most effective strategies in Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (HSEMS) is the importance of training in safety. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of safety training on reducing the rate of unsafe acts using a management system in Ekbatan profiling industry.Methods: This crosssectional study was conducted based on a descriptiveanalytical and interventional design. Safety behavior sampling was initially utilized to determine the rate of unsafe behaviors. Subsequently, the rate of individuals' unsafe behaviors was assessed using prepared checklists and random observation. The HSEMS was used for the improvement of unsafe behaviors. The effectiveness of the intervention and the level of unsafe behaviors were analyzed before and after the intervention, after two years using Excel 2007 and SPSS software (version 16) through the paired ttest.Results: The mean rate of the individuals' unsafe behaviors was 34% before the intervention. Moreover, the highest and lowest rates of the unsafe acts were awkward posture (25.8%) and running (0.8%) at the workplace, respectively. The results obtained from the paired ttest showed the effect of the intervention and a decrease in the rate of unsafe behaviors by 20% (P=0.037).Conclusion: Training is the cornerstone of the MS leading to the improvement of the unsafe behaviors. Therefore, continuous and effective training in the safety management system will result in a reduction in the rate of accidents and the improvement of the safety status.
