ارزیابی تاب‌‌ آوری زنجیره ‌تامین دارو مبتنی بر رویکرد تصمیم‌ گیری چند‌معیاره swara و cocoso با داده‌های فازی نوع 1 و نوع 2 بازه‌ای (مطالعه موردی: زنجیره‌ تامین دارو بجنورد)

هدف: با توجه به عدم ‌قطعیت در زنجیره ‌های تامین، یکی از مسایل مهم برای سلامت جامعه، ارزیابی تاب‌ آوری زنجیره‌تامین دارو می‌ باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین و وزن ‌دهی معیارهای موثر بر تاب‌ آوری زنجیره‌تامین و رتبه‌ بندی شرکت‌ های پخش دارو بر اساس معیارهای انتخاب شده است.روش‌شناسی پژوهش: مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش کمی-کیفی و از نوع کاربردی است. جامعه آماری 83 نفر و نمونه طبق جدول مورگان با ضریب خطای % 5، 68 نفر بوده که با روش نمونه‌ گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده ‌ها به روش میدانی و مطالعات کتابخان‎ه ‌ای و از طریق مصاحبه و پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. روایی پرسشنامه توسط خبرگان و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.965 تایید شده است. محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و درصد فراوانی مشخصات فردی در نرم‌ افزار spss-26 انجام شد. به دلیل عدم ‌قطعیت عبارت‌ های زبانی، وزن‌ دهی معیارها با روش سوارا در محیط فازی و رتبه‌ بندی گزینه‌ ها جهت ارزیابی دقیق‌ تر با روش کوکوسو در محیط فازی نوع-2 بازه‌ ای در نرم‌ افزار اکسل انجام شدند.یافته‌ها: معیارهای شناسایی‌ شده به ترتیب میزان اهمیت شامل مدیریت دانش، چابکی، آمادگی و پیش‌بینی، نحوه مدیریت، طراحی و ساختار زنجیره‌تامین، رویت‌ پذیری و کنترل، قابلیت تطبیق‌ پذیری، همکاری، افزونگی، نوآوری، مدیریت پیچیدگی گره و جریان، انعطاف‌پذیری، عدم‌قطعیت در میزان تغییرات و یکپارچه ‌سازی هستند. سه رتبه اول شرکت ‌های پخش دارو به ترتیب دارو پخش، آدوراطب و فردوس بوده و سایر شرکت‌ ها در رتبه‌ های بعدی قرار گرفته‌ اند.اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: وزن‌ دهی معیارها میزان اهمیت و تاثیرگذاری معیارهای مهم بر تاب‌ آوری زنجیره‌تامین را نشان می‌ دهد؛ بنابراین، توجه به معیارهای دارای وزن بیش‌تر اولویت بالاتری به شرکت خواهد داد.

evaluating the resilience of the drug supply chain based on swara and cocoso multi criteria decision making approach with type 1 and interval type 2 fuzzy data (case study: bojnord drug supply chain)

purpose: based on the uncertainty in the supply chains, one of the important issues for public health is to assess the resilience of drug supply chains. the purpose of the current research is to determine and weigh the effective criteria for the resilience of the supply chain and the ranking of drug distribution companies based on the criteria.methodology: the current research is quantitative-qualitative and applied. the statistical population was 83 people, and the sample was 68 people based on morgan’s table with a margin of error of 5%, which were selected by simple random sampling. data collection was implemented with field methods, library studies, interviews and questionnaires. the questionnaire was approved by experts, and its reliability with cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.965. the percentage of personal characteristics was calculated using spss-26 software. due to linguistic uncertainty, the weighting of the criteria was done with the fuzzy swara decision-making method and the ranking of the options for more accurate evaluation was performed by the interval type-2 fuzzy cocoso method in excel software.findings: the identified criteria in order of importance are knowledge management, agility, readiness and prediction, management method, supply chain design and structure, visibility and control, adaptability, collaboration, complementarity, innovation, complexity management, flexibility, uncertainty in the number of changes, and integration. the top three drug distribution companies are daroupakhsh, adorateb, and ferdous, respectively.originality/value: the weighting of the criteria indicates which criteria have a greater impact on the resilience of the supply chain. therefore, the company will be given a higher priority if it pays attention to criteria with higher weights.
