بررسی روابط تعاملی تکنولوژی های صنعت نسل چهارم در صنایع غذایی منتخب با رویکرد دیمتل تجدید نظر شده

امروزه سازمان‌ها برای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی و حفظ آن در بازار نیاز به تکامل سیستم‌های تولید خود دارند. برای تحقق این امر، رویکردی کاملاً جدید و نوین برای مدیریت و تولید یک سازمان مورد نیاز است که به‌طور چشمگیری بهره‌وری را افزایش ‌دهد و هم‌‌‌چنین به ایجاد زنجیره‌های تامین موثر و کارآمد کمک ‌کند. حال که انقلاب صنعتی به نسل چهارم رشد کرده، سازمان­ها می‌توانند برای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی و حفظ آن و هم‌‌‌چنین برای افزایش بهره‌وری، از تکنولوژی‌های نوین آن بهرمند گردنند. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی روابط تعاملی تکنولوژی‌های صنعت نسل چهارم در صنایع غذایی منتخب می‌پردازد؛ برای تحقق این امر، ابتدا از طریق استخراج ادبیات 20 مورد از تکنولوژی‌های صنعت نسل چهارم استخراج گردید و در مرحله دوم با رویکرد دلفی فازی 13 مورد از تکنولوژی‌های صنعت نسل چهارم جهت تبیین در صنایع غذایی شناسایی شد. سپس به‌منظور بررسی روابط تعاملی تکنولوژی­های صنعت نسل چهارم از دیمتل تجدید‌نظر شده استفاده شده است.

Investigating the interactive relationships of fourth generation industry technologies in selected food industries with the revised DEMATEL approach

Today, organizations need to develop their production systems to achieve a competitive advantage and maintain it in the market. To achieve this, a completely new and innovative approach is needed to manage and produce an organization that dramatically increases productivity and also helps create effective and efficient supply chains. Now that the industrial revolution has grown to the fourth generation, organizations can use its new technologies to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage, as well as to increase productivity. The present study examines the interactive relationships of fourthgeneration industry technologies in selected food industries to achieve this; first, through literature extraction, 20 cases of fourthgeneration industry technologies were extracted, and in the second stage, with the fuzzy Delphi approach, 13 cases of fourthgeneration industry technologies were identified for an explanation in the food industry. Then, the RDEMATEL was used to investigate the interactive relationships between fourthgeneration industry technologies.
