مراقبت های پرستاری از دست رفته و عوامل مرتبط با آن در بیمارستان های ایران: مرور نظام مند

مقدمه و هدف: مراقبت به عنوان یکی از مهمترین نقش های پرستاران، محور اصلی پرستاری محسوب می شود. امروزه این مراقبت ها به علت گوناگونی مورد غفلت واقع می شود و بسیاری از آنها انجام نیافته و به صورت مراقبتهای پرستاری از دست رفته تعریف می شوند. لذا این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی و مستند سازی شیوع، عوامل و دلایل مرتبط با مراقبت های پرستاری از دست رفته در بیمارستان های ایران انجام شد.مواد و روش‏ها: این مقاله یک مطالعه مرور نظام مند است که در سال 1402 با جستجوی پایگاه های انگلیسی زبانscopus ،pubmed، web of science  از سال 1980 تا 2024 و پایگاه های فارسی sid, magiran, irandoc, iranmedex  از سال 1370 تا 1403 با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی مراقبت از دست رفته، پرستاری، ایران و معادل های انگلیسی آن انجام شد.یافته ها: از میان مطالعات مورد بررسی 3 مقاله در مجلات خارجی و 8 مقاله در مجلات داخلی به چاپ رسیده بودند. نتایج مطالعات بررسی شده نشان داد که مراقبت های پرستاری از دست رفته، مشکل قابل توجهی در بیمارستان های ایران می باشد منابع انسانی (کمبود کارکنان، حجم کاری بالا) و منابع مادی به عنوان مهمترین عوامل کمک کننده در مراقبت از دست رفته گزارش شده اند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه اهمیت و لزوم پرداختن به مراقبت های پرستاری از دست رفته را در بیمارستان های ایران نشان می دهد.  همچنین توسعه سیاست های مناسب و کاربردی برای دست یابی به مراقبت های پرستاری بهتر و استانداردتر در بیمارستان ها توصیه می شود.

missed nursing care and related factors in iranian hospitals:a systematic review

background and aims: care, as one of the most important roles of nurses, is considered the main pillar of nursing. nowadays, nursing care quality is neglected due to various reasons, leading to unfulfilled nursing duties and responsibilities, known as missed nursing care. this review was conducted to assess the prevalence of missed nursing care and its associated factors among nurses working in iranian hospitals. materials and methods: this systematic review was conducted in 2024 by searching english-language databases (scopus, pubmed, and web of science) to gather publications from 1980 to 2024. persian databases (sid, magiran, irandoc, and iranmedex) were also searched to obtain relevant literature published between 1370 and 1403. the keywords included missed care and nursing (and their persian equivalents), as well as iran. results: among the studies reviewed, 3 articles had been published in foreign journals and 8 articles in domestic journals. the results showed that missed nursing care was a significant problem in iranian hospitals. shortages in human resources (e.g., lack of staff, high workload) and material resources were reported as the most important factors contributing to missed nursing care. conclusion: the results of this review underlined the importance and necessity of addressing missed nursing care in iranian hospitals. it is recommended to implement appropriate and practical policies to achieve better and more standard nursing care in hospitals
